de_corse is just way too busy. This map didn’t run very smoothly with 24 people.
The desert map is the opposite, it’s not busy enough. It’s so big that once it got down to 1-3 people per team, no one can find anyone. That’s a big problem that we ran into while play testing it. No one wants to watch people run around aimlessly. The other maps played perfectly and I loaded a full 32 people into awp_subzero with no world spawn. I think the three I approved will be great additions.
I will repeat here that the only maps that passed a full server play test were:
de_russka, de_strata and awp_subzero.
If you want explanations as to why the others didn’t make it, I’ll be glad to post my reasons.
I don’t care about “normal server traffic.” I care about having fun. awp_map is fun, de_port is not.

1. You wrote the amendments, I just copy and pasted them into word. I figured you would have fixed that, I’ll edit it later.

Even if you were shaking randomly, your crosshair continually snaps directly back to the person you are trying to kill. Since recoil is fairly random, it would take an extreme amount of luck to continually shake/snap back to the person while recoiling. This is one of the easiest ways to catch an aimbot, to watch for the recoil snaps back at the player model hitboxes. That’s why you were banned and that’s why you will stay banned.

We are hard because we have to be. No one but Nodice and Adambomb knows how tight a leash I’m on with the powers that be. Anything in the least bit out of line and this whole thing would get shut down. Plus I honestly think people would rather play in a cleaner environment. I know I would.

We vote on maps. Not really necessary to take them out unless they are just plain broken or just plain mega suck. I would remove de_port, find an awp_map with adequate spawn points and leave the rest.

I emailed him 20 times to send me his steamid so I could unban him. No one pays me any attention and it really makes me sad.

As for us losing the box, someone who will remain nameless in IT (you already know who it is) was acting like he was going to move us to an old box and basically push us off tron. That’s why we are so concerned about this whole situation.
As for everybody flaming darkwalker, I know who he is and he knows his *edited*. I’d listen to him.
I don’t like Fridays either, and in the future they probably won’t be Fridays at all. I just need my new executives elected this week.
