I wish I wasn’t alliance, then any BG would be easy to farm honor with. Not to mention Alliance get boned with AV now, they can’t win at all anymore. Oh well, still get a decent amount of honor. Too bad I already got all the gear I wanted through honor, though S1 arena gear.. hmmm. Correction, too bad I’m at home sans computer with WoW on it.
The fires out in BEM aren’t bad and they’re a lower level as well than the ones in Elemental Plateau, but I still go to Elemental Plateau to farm simply because it is closer to fly to, haha. After doing all the dailies though (starting with Skettis and then going to BEM) I think I may go farm the fires out in BEM if not a lot of people are there. Primal Water are extremely easy to farm for a Warlock as well though, so I do that on occasion as well.
Primal Fire is easy as *edited* for a mage to farm though, especially in BEM
I have been a huge Ensemble Studios fan back when Ensemble wasn’t owned by Microsoft and when they first put out Age of Empires, etc. I’ve been a large participant in the Age of Empires community and have moderated a few Age of Empires fansites on Gamespy as well as Planet (now under the same company of course) and luckily gotten to know quite a few of the Developers and Testers who work at Ensemble. They even are the ones that hooked me into WoW and got me playing with them in their guild, etc. Either way from what I’ve heard and seen (though not much has been even shown or told to me yet) Halo Wars looks pretty freaking sweet. It’ll be an extremely interesting twist to see what they do for a RTS on the console though, as it is quite a tough challenge to handle. When asked about controls though, a few of my friends have said that the controls are phenomenal. As I said though, due to their NDA they can’t disclose much info with me and instead turn to bragging about their Starcraft II alpha that they’re in T_T.
I’m sure Shane and/or I could see if we could talk with Stephen about working on the packet shaper once more, but then again we’re also trying to get System Link back alive and kicking here on campus as well. I’d advise coming to the lan and when Stephen shows up to the lan ask him about it then, back in the Spring lan earlier this year Stephen sat down and worked on the packet shaper to help pings with Xbox Live.

.We’d have to vote on it first, which strictly relies on whether there are people on campus who play or not.
You people use QQ too much, I’m restricting access to it as I first came to the server with it and now I taketh it away.

Stick with maps that people will not have to download, etc for earlier rounds and then move to maps that are smaller and more fitted for a 5v5 type environment for the later rounds.
Auto-join permanently is a good idea but can still be flawed, people can sit and hold tab to view teams until a spot opens on the team that looks better so that they can join it, etc. Still better than brackets and saves time, imo.
Crytek has always had great AI, dating back to FarCry and such. But the suit, the AI, etc are just awesome from what I’ve seen.
