No man, its cause he said “you lie”, there is some written stipulation that you can’t call the president a liar at a joint session. Bush was never a conservative and I really wish you’d stop claiming he is. The last conservative president was Reagan. Republican and conservative are nowhere near the same thing.
Obama’s bill will be unconstitutional because there’s no way for it NOT to be unconstitutional. For it to do what he wants the federal government has to seize more power than they’re allowed to, there’s simply no way to get around it. Now if they didn’t have force a public plan then yes it would be fine and would probably get bi-partisan support to some degree.
Regardless of how much power the two bills floating around in congress would give the government, neither would ever be found unconstitutional. The Justice Department remembers what happened when they tried to declare FDR’s obviously unconstitutional New Deal plans and won’t dare risk it happening a second time with Obama. Unlike FDR, Obama would actually follow through with any threat made to the court.
Did you vote for bush? Probably twice. doesn’t matter what he is, if he was voted in by conservatives, in the end you all were at fault for his retardation. Unlike you, I will take full responsibility for the man I voted for. Which btw I find to being a fine job. Only thing I is I wish he was more aggressive.
