Joe is right about one thing, they are aruging over a 1 to 2 degree variation in average temperature. The difference is these types of changes normally take thousands of years to occur but now it may happen in 50? That may not be devestating, but it can’t be good can it? I personally think we shouldn’t make conclusions until we have all the data, which in this case would take hundreds, if not thousands, of years.

seriously though, cheap moves can be avoided, some more difficult than others. Does it warrant a total ban of a character? hell nah. Ban the combo, or the situation, call it an exploit and be done.
oddjob from goldeneye would be the closest thing to really unfair IMO. If you were to have a match with 4 equally talented players and 1 was oddjob, you know who’s gonna win. There are ways though to make games fair without having to ban characters, like random selection. Everyone then at least has an equal opportunity to get the cheap character.
