Admin rules regarding cheaters/demos

[adam37]

I just want to clarify all the admin rules regarding bans:

> Do not permanently ban any suspected hackers/cheaters without a demo.

> Do not permanently ban players who are being racist/sexist. Ban them for 24 hours and notifiy the executives with what was said and their Name + SteamID.

> Post demos for ban appeals within 24 hours of the appeal.

If you ban anyone for whatever reason, feel free to send me a PM about it. I am always willing to help any of you out regarding bans or questions with bans. All of you have good judgment and i trust you all to make good decisions for the server and the 1.6 community.
