Counter-Strike people are NOTORIOUS for hating change. Most of the people that play Sauce never played 1.*edited*. Because CS players are too lame to upgrade to CSS because they don’t like change.

If he formatted the computer and it still isn’t working I’d say it’s more of a USB issue with hardware than a USB issue with Windows. Are you using the USB ports attached to the motherboard or the ones on front panel? You said you screwed up a bios flash, I’m assuming that’s on a different PC? I’m going to go with power issue/USB hardware malfunction. Try uninstalling all the universal serial bus controllers in device manager and restarting your computer. This will force it to reinstall everything. I still think it’s hardware.
I don’t know if I would bother with controlling rates from the admin mod. They are already being forced by the server. You could raise them up from where they are on the server since you changed the ping limit to 150.
I believe that the dust2-losttemplepro thru cobble is an extremely weak point in the rotation especially in the late night ours. I recommend to the iCL or to the elected CL after Saturday to revamp the rotation. As an experienced server admin that popped this server in the first place, I am willing to help with a stronger rotation that includes the same maps. Also, SK needs 15. I can’t drop a 50 bomb in 10 minutes.

As a former president I am 100% pro-ticket. I think we should keep it exactly the way it was. People that I didn’t even know won prizes this time. I placed in several tournaments and didn’t win anything but still had a great time. If you came for prizes, you came to the wrong place. We play for fun.
Whether or not a skin will slow your computer down depends on the skin. Some skins greatly increase the texture count on the weapons forcing the graphics card to render more detail. This will slow down the game. I run my games in Vsync because it reduces tearing and anything above it is a pointless waste of effort by my cpu. I have a super clocked 8800 gt…it could EASILY run more than 60fps.

The constitution does not allow for interim positions. Perhaps this is something that needs to be amended so that there will be no future confusions concerning the issue.
I hate to be a party pooper, but your executive votes don’t mean anything and Hannah is not the council leader. Please refer to the constitution:
“Each council is permitted to vote in the election of their own council leader. Greater than fifty percent of the members of the Club is needed to elect a council leader. However, the Executive Council holds veto power over all council nominees and may veto any council chair nominee with a unanimous vote.”
Looks like you are going to have to do a vote where the MEMBERS get to choose a leader at a meeting. Until that time, either Falcon is the CL or there is no CL at all.
What a great idea, let’s turn FF on during warmup when everyone is spamming grenades so that they can all lose 50 points for TKing. That’s a just a wonderful idea!
I agree with this thread. Although I personally despise contra, it’s an extremely popular map with most people.
Wow, I’ve finally done it. After 2 years this club is finally anti-votemap. The most terrible plugin ever written IMO.
