As of tonight’s executive meeting within the club, I am transferring all applicable powers as council leader to Hannah Montanna. I’ve had computer troubles recently and cannot play anymore
. in any case, she will be in power at least until May 3, when we will have official elections for the position and possibly promoting her to the official Council Leader. Let’s give her a nice welcome to power, everyone 
also, I will be doing some to train her, as well as Bitey and Liam.
Alright, good day all, ’tis been great times. I’ll still be a forum watcher still, but i don’t think ima bother putting in too much work this close to exams just for getting cs:s to work again for ~2 weeks.

Well if shoe size has anything to do with other sizes…then they are not that big, trust me, Falcon and I were drunk one night and well, you know what happened next…

i think the one thing i do regularly that you don’t do already as a regular admin is get goofy and try to knife someone every so often

I hate to be a party pooper, but your executive votes don’t mean anything and Hannah is not the council leader. Please refer to the constitution:
“Each council is permitted to vote in the election of their own council leader. Greater than fifty percent of the members of the Club is needed to elect a council leader. However, the Executive Council holds veto power over all council nominees and may veto any council chair nominee with a unanimous vote.”
Looks like you are going to have to do a vote where the MEMBERS get to choose a leader at a meeting. Until that time, either Falcon is the CL or there is no CL at all.
key word we used was interim. she is the interim council leader until the may 3 cookout/meeting at which there will be a general body vote.
per the constitution, i really don’t think these people want to know what happens if you’re right. I’ve already resigned. if there’s no CL…
According to the constitution no one here is a Council Leader then, “greater than fifty percent”? We had 94 people at the LAN, which means at least half of those are members, and then I know less than half of that have been coming to meetings. This is an extremely moot point, she is our interim CL who will hold the position in case something dire goes down so we have someone who can do something about it, for the next 6 days. I don’t think this is a big deal, official elections for CoD4 CL and CSS CL will be held at the May 3rd cookout.
The constitution does not allow for interim positions. Perhaps this is something that needs to be amended so that there will be no future confusions concerning the issue.
