Looks like a surplus sale to me. Even if the motherboard were to fail, you still have all the components you would need to buy a new board and go back on your merry way. That 1U case by itself is worth quite a bit of money with power supply and fans.

I’m waiting for everyone to get back from break so that <Cyrannus> can progress some more. We have done Arachnid and Plague quarters. If anyone wants to roll a new horde toon do so on Altar of Storms and let me know, I’ll get you into a pretty decent guild that I formed up.

Ah you suck. I just got 3 more healers recruited yesterday as well as two tanks. Guild is looking pretty good.

If you are doing a system correctly, there is a *edited* ton of math for an Intel system and an ever bigger *edited* ton of math for an AMD system. If you’re worried about building it, PM me for my address and ship the parts to me. I’ll build it, install your Windows install and update it for a very small fee. Then just pay the shipping and I’ll mail you the completed system fully configured in both bios and Windows. I’m serious by the way, send me the parts and I’ll build it, otherwise you can wait 2 months to complete it like someone else we know

Office is pretty balanced if you don’t zerg…Also, tides is fairly balanced as well if CTs play defensive instead of zerging. So basically, don’t zerg.
If it’s so important why aren’t you open to the possibility of a 24/7 establishing server? You have to use what works, even when it’s not what you want to use.

Everything that could possibly go wrong usually does. Even when you think you have it well planned. Seems like they were more smooth when they weren’t well planned.

As for the VM thing, as far as I know, it’s not something that he had to WORK for in anyway. Everything was handed to him in perfect working order (with the exception of overheating that I had no control over). He worked for nothing.

The boards don’t go offline, they just lose their ability to update/get support. Did more games get voted in that were thrown out by the president? And he won’t even be at the next LAN? I’m surprised that all these people that “care” about the LAN and the club allow him to remain in office. I won’t say anything about sponsors, because that’s not his fault, they have been dwindling for a long time with PC games being *edited* lately and the market going down slightly. It will bounce back eventually, but again, sponsors are not his fault. Throwing votes, *edited*ty schedules and no balls to control what’s going on are fairly large problems in my opinion…an opinion that hasn’t mattered much over the past year or so. But hey! Bitey did a) get TRON all to the gaming club ALL BY HIMSELF b ) get Aphrodite moved to a VM (let’s not talk about the full day Stephen and I WASTED getting the original upgrades) c) distribute responsibilities…so he wouldn’t have to take any himself.
I will be really surprised if we don’t have a console player for club president next year. I have ZERO problem with this, as those are usually the more “go getter” people anyways. I just pray that they don’t let the PC side die off (look at Appalachian’s club) and care more about both sides as a whole so that the whole thing overall can prosper. That’s what I feel I did when I was president, and I did not have the resources that are available today. Correct me if I am wrong Oh Malley.
