There are already T-shirt designs in the forums. I still have designs on my computer it just never really took off enough to invest money into it when it was brought up in a meeting. I will go talk to Simply Tees and possibly make one for myself and let everyone see what could be.
We will try and have people bring more set ups, for free play purposes and as back up for tournaments. We just need to get more people to come to them…
Okay thats along the lines I was thinking as well, just wanted to double check before I brought them and had everyone use them.
Crysis 2 looks pretty sweet IMO, not too sure about Homefront though.
On the forum topic, I think thats why ControlFreeks turned us down for a sponsorship just because the website and forum have pretty low views. I wish more people would come register at the forums. I will try and have a booth set up at the LAN for registration for the forums for those who do not have an account.
I would have posted them last week but it was Spring break and was working full time <3. They will be posted at least two weeks in advanced for the April LAN.
The turn out was actually better than I expected!
We had around 14-15 new faces come out and LAN all day in Scott.
I am pretty positive most of them will be coming to the March LAN!
I think I am going to try and do this every semester to just to make everyone aware that Western does have a gaming club and its great to be apart of it. Thanks to Dustin and the alumni with helping me plan this, I think it was really effective!
Everything is good to go! Thank you all for your help in this and thank you Dustin for helping me set this up I really appreciate it! Switch is in Scott, Flyers are up and everything is set!
Hopefully this will inform freshman of WCU Gaming Club and make them want to join and participate in future LANs
Emailed Stephan about the hub, if he doesn’t respond before Wends I will call. What would you suggest about power?

Tbh, a really active marketing admin can wield alot more power than was originally intended under the guise of marketing the club, so much so that they could probably rival a VP’s power if they played their cards right. The only reason the position hasn’t ever been abused is because we’ve never had one that truely cared about the job

I just wanted to try and host a LAN for the freshman to make them aware of the Gaming Club and increase attendance of the LANs. We are trying to get the switch from IT but other than that we have the room reserved and have enough tables and outlets. We are planning on Lanning Halo: Reach, Black Ops, Guitar Hero and possibly a Wii console if we can get our hands on one.
I assumed that the pictures are the Historian? job rather than the marketing. I try and post on Facebook and the forums, the only thing that I have posted on the facebook are flyers just as I have posted here for opinions. I can contact the Historian and tell him to upload the pictures on the forums as well.
I post and I would post in the exec forum but I do not have the status on the forums. Messaged you Adam
