Just posted the Black Ops flyer, lemme know what you guys think! I really appreciate the feedback and care about how the club feels about the flyers.
Will officially be at the meeting, got off for the meeting but might have to leave 15 minutes early for work
Sadly, non of the companies I talked to went for donating products/ sponsoring us. Bawls however is going to send us some smaller stuff!
Persistence is the key I suppose.

Well regardless of what the execs think, does anyone know the amount or how we could find out? I would like to respond to KontrolFreek asap.
Stats for Nov. 15 – Dec. 15:

8787 pageviews
Average pageviews per visit was 3.77

Stats for Jan. 1 – Dec. 15: (note analytics was down Feb – May due to ITS deleting the site, the subsequent move off of campus servers, and the website redesign)

These are the metrics you’ll most likely need but if you need anything else please let me know, the reporting is very thorough.
Thank you so much!

Thats not good, why would the execs boycott it? I could have a possible sponsor from KontrolFreeks depending on the views so….
Quick question that someone on the forum might know, about how many views does the website get a month on average?
I hope theres a LAN tomorrow, I would like to run for the advertising position next time it is up for re-election. As of tonight I have seen the first flyer/ poster in the UC.
I hope the next LAN will be a better success than I think this one is going to be.

Finally was able to grab the LAN videos a few days ago.
I was told you guys could help at extracting the video into picture format? Anyone up to the task let me know. There is about 2 GB of videos in all.
Any news on the flyers or posters? If not I will print some myself and post them at the LAN centers in Asheville.
Hopefully the rules will be up before Friday because I am going to a Reach Tournament in Asheville and plan to take some of my flyers with me to post. I think its safe to copy and paste last LAN’s rules and the only ones I do not know for sure is TF2 and Starcraft II (Pretty sure it’ll be 1v1 though). I have talked to Casey about Reach and Madden so hopefully Kaz-Ka(?) or the Console Leader will take Casey’s advice on the xbox rules.
When I checked the “Gaming News” I didn’t see any pinned sponsors. Is that because the club doesn’t have any now or what?

Added what the tournaments would be into the posters. Thought it would be easier for them that way they know what to expect somewhat without going to our website.
i am not sure if the rules have been posted yet. but they have to be ran by the PC and Console VP’s first. So 2v2 and 1v1 stuff may not be correct. as of this past thursday i dont THINK felix has approved any rules for starcraft, and im not sure about other games. i know last lan that kazka was asking casey for help with xbox so if those rules are coming from casey they probably are right. but like i said i dont think felix has any rules set/approved yet.
Other than that, they still look fine and have correct info. i cant think of anything else that needs to be added.
I just looked at the last LAN to see how it was set up for the PC’s, wonder how long it will take them to post the rules for them.

Edited Posters.
Reach
Madden
Starcraft
This is the last thing I wanted to add, I won’t edit them anymore unless anyone sees something than can improve. Last time I promise!
What about a tournament section, was anything along those lines discussed? I messaged Liam a while ago but have yet to hear back from him.
Haha, I didn’t know where to find that. Thanks for that, Ill reupload them to the post with the time on all three.
Reach
Madden
Starcraft II
