Well, hopefully with the use of the Halo franchise and name and all, it will bring more console gamers to at least sample RTS. I’m just worried about control scheme and all that. But thanksfully it’s being made for console, instead of a PC ported to console.

Suggested move to Maelstrom? High populated realm. Good one too, evidentally. I’ll have to find out which faction though if anyone is interested. If you’re in LW though, check with Tim, 1st floor South RA, room 113 or call him or whatever for more info on it, I guess.
Whenever we have enough people say they want to play. We’ve kinda skipped out on it since no one we know wants to or whatever. But we’ll try it this coming Friday. You’re on my friend’s list, so I’ll shoot you an invite when you’re on.
If it’s the game I’m thinking of, then yes, I’ve heard plenty about it.

Yeah, it is. I am one of the Christian faith, but I don’t believe in playing this game for that reason. And it really didn’t draw my interest at all. I’d prefer another RTS like Dawn of War. Halo Wars is actually peaking my interest too.
Ok. So me, CooLAciD, and Chupathingy are starting a revival of Diablo IIs. We use TCP/IP connections and talk over Skype. So if you don’t have it, get it.
Right now, we have our high level characters just running through and killing for uniques and set items.
Hopefully, we’ll decide to move on and start different characters and play the game as large a party we can hold. If you’re interested, let one of us know.

And I say we vote on the status of the t-shirt idea. Last meeting, we said there would be a thread and voting and whatever. I say we either start from scratch or scrap the idea entirely.

Well I made a Human lock on the server. Haven’t taken the time to actually do anything with it though.
It’s not hard to win a tourney against 4 people, especially since 2 never played before. And as I recall, I did beat you in that FFA tournament. You had to bring your teammate in for the 2v2. Plus you teamed up with me so don’t question my skill level.
Furthermore, I think it’s pretty weak that you transferred to App over Halo. Shows where your priorities are. Halo > Life for you.
And finally, if App > WCU, then why bother posting on our forums? App has their own, go troll there.
Yeah. CooLAciD is my usual doubles partner. He’ll probably play as well. I think he’s qualified as support/objective/driver.
It’s a great opportunity for the club. If we fail to grab it while we still can, then something is definitely wrong.
I’m not concerned with winning local tournaments as I am building a good solid community. Maybe if you actually did a better job, you could’ve actually attracted the better players on campus. And trust me, there are.
Yes there will be TF2. I just thought I’d put down a few of the main ones. Granted, there’s more console tournaments I didn’t list either.
Honestly, if there are some fans of the team, they’ll show up to see an exhibition match or two, and if they come, they’ll probably stay around and play in some of the tournaments, and thus be attracted to WCU if going to a college is in their future. I don’t see how that fails to meet the purpose.
Helping fulfill the RedOctane requirement. Granted I still had a couple weeks, but I want to get it knocked out of the way and what not. Plus it doesn’t hurt to keep it fresh in people’s mind and not go.. “OH Eff… it’s already here?”
