Please. No epic poems about my all mighty-ness. Typically the main character is considered a tragic one, due to some flaw.

What? I can’t help it if you choose not to look around at corners. I got Freebird twice that way the other night. Quite funny actually. I’ll have to record that game.
Well, close range weapons work well on Epitaph and Snowbound simply because of the shield doors. That’s why shotguns and maulers are vital weapons to control on each map.
The only way to force an open field strategy on Snowbound is if you control the shotgun, sniper, possibly laser and some mid-long range weapons like the carbines or battle rifles. Duck into the bases when you’re weak, easily taking them down with a shotgun or mauler if they chase.
Epitaph is simply run and gun, catching people off guard and forcing them into positions they don’t want to be. Rockets are handy, but are generally good for only 4 kills, assuming you don’t waste one in a shield door. Again, shotguns, maulers, and even plasma rifles come in handy on this map. You don’t even have to camp, but use the doors to your advantage.
However, for Snowbound, the most common strategy is to camp the shotgun spawn. Be careful of the canisters that line the walls around the shotgun. Grenades can cause those things to explode through the shield door, and ultimately kill anyone close. But, have someone camp the doors to each base, and someone with some range watch the larger shield door. Last person might be ducking in and out of the hole in the middle to draw them in, or enticing people through the other doors.
Camping is how snowbound is played. It’s built to camp. Unless you force it to be an open field game that is.
If he’s mid-range, either close the gap yourself, entice him to charge (by holding out your long range out, then switching to short, or backing around a corner). Or back away. If it’s a sniper your holding, you can either quick scope and snipe him or even no scope him if you want.
In process of uploading them to YouTube and FileFront. Then I need to record the one or two I don’t have yet.
Have all but one recorded onto my comp. I can upload some to YouTube, but not all due to time limitations. Any suggestions for video upload sites?
Added another from last night. Note how at the end I blow up a rocket with a carbine.
Anyways.. will be testing to see if I can get my capture card to work and get them recorded.

Plan on everything being needed. I choose to bring my 26″ TV out and Dustin brought out his mammoth out in the Fall. Shouldn’t be an issue. If you need transportation for the stuff, we’ll find people to help.

We can definitely add some other platforms to the list. I just figured I’d start here to see how well it goes. Shae can even start the Nintendo/Wii one if she so desires.
