Actually the first 2 are good. It’s bad planning if you are counting on overclocking to get the results you want as there is NEVER a guarantee it will run at any specs better than what its advertised at.

Good luck with the ram. I can’t get it above like 5.3 no matter what the timings or speed is set to. I got mine up to 900MHz and lowered the timings to 3-3-3-9 but still same score. If you look up the Vista test for the memory part you can run just that test from command prompt and see what your transfer speed is. The problem is that Windows measures it alot lower than other programs like Everest which I place more faith in to be accurate.my ram comes up as a 5.9…

I agree; I spent about $430 on my G80 8800GTS 640MB that I still use now (apparently compusa went on backorder
) and honeslty its one of the best and longest-lasting investments I have made for my computer. I bought that card about 20 months ago and it still can play most every game at high settings.yeah its strange really because we have enough ppl that like the game to warrant a server… just people won’t go in there at the same time to play. And unlike CSS you don’t get bots to pass the time so it sucks to sit there and idle to try and pop the server.

They’re split by the v-lan system. So long as they have different subnets I doubt it’ll work in the current config.I can’t find the ports listed anywhere. They might be in an instruction manual.
nvm I was thinking the dorms were all on the same vlan (which actually would make more sense) but there might still be a way to get it to work; for example you can remote desktop from a computer in norton to a computer in harrill (i believe this is true) so the vlans might be mostly transparent among the dorms.

While the computer is booting up, hold down the alt/option button on the keyboard for the boot menu (or you can hold the letter c to just boot from CD)

I would be careful with this. If you read the comments on the bottom of the link it says something about setting the value too low on TF2 can result in VAC ban…
