I don’t think anybody went to bed last night. I feel asleep around 6:40 a.m. and then woke up around 7:10 a.m.!!!! I am so tired right now. Thankfully I only have one class left. ‘cept the teacher puts me to sleep:)

like i dont mean any disrespect or anything. Im just trying to explain where we are comming from. And i know most of us are bringing our own TVs and Systems to this LAN btw. But honestly is there such thing as a casual gamer? i dont know one single person who doesnt take the game they play seriously. The games that are in the LAN right now are all the main games that are played on campus. dont get my wrong i would LOVE to see mario kart in the LAN i love it but even though im not going to be in the SC4 or GH3 tounrey i know more people would want to be.I’M A CASUAL GAMER:)!!!!!!!!!!!
I was at the console meeting and I kinda wish I had been paying attention, it was kinda hard to hear, but that’s another story.
From my experience, it is very beneficial to have small little games like Wii Bowling and/or Mario Kart. This gives the people who aren’t expert gamers a chance at winning something. I can’t play games cause I’ll be sitting at the door taking yalls money, but when I could play games, i was so happy that Mario Kart 64 was there cause I felt that I had a chance against some of the better gamers.
As for Wii Bowling, it’s a fun game that you can just pick up and play. You don’t have to practice for it or anything. Yeah it gets annoying when people are not there when it is their turn. That’s why, you find a way around that issue. Don’t get rid of Wii Bowling because “we always have to wait for the PC people to take their turn.”
as long as there are very few colors! if at all possible, please try to keep the colors down to one on front and one on back. at most 2! this way they won’t cost that much!
ok. cause i think there was some confusion in this thread!
will there be a meeting for consoles? if so when and where:)
yes to the white!
and we might not be doing sponsors on the back anymore. so if you could create an “attention grabbing” back design, go for it:)
If there was a meeting yesterday about the LAN I don’t think many people knew about it. Personally, I think that if there is going to be a meeting concerning the LAN it should be held in the UC. This is a central location and people who do not live in or near central don’t have to worry about getting in. Granted I can’t play in any of the tournaments, I would still like to be a part of discussing the console part of the LAN!

Just being honest. I invested a lot of my time into the t-shirt idea. And I heard positive comments about a lot of them. And then we were going to vote on the top 5 or whatever and then nothing happened. If you want to go dig through what’s already been submitted before check this thread.
If you want something I’ve done reworked (most likely for the front only design), let me know.
do you think you could take the last three designs you posted and put them on a white background?

Thank you:) I really enjoy Viva Pinata:) and I would have loved to see Viva Pinata Party Animals at the LAN! IT WOULD BE SO MUCH FUN!!!!! lol:)
Hey. Another item that needs to be discussed at the meeting…T-shirts!!!!! If you have a T-shirt idea, please bring them to the meeting so that we can vote on ONE design and hopefully get shirts this year:)

Idea: We will have a raffle. I have the perfect prize. It’s a ceramic jug shaped like a human head. Next week I can share a picture.I can help out with ballyhoo. I’ll already be there:)
btw… raffles are technically against the law and we could get in trouble if we are caught doing a raffle on the UC lawn while about 85% of the staff is present:)
this is what I got!!!
You would probably manage to charm the monkey into thinking you are its friend…and hey, maybe, after you teach it English, you will be friends! Just one hint, don’t try to convince it to give you a piggyback ride.
this was a very random quiz:)
an IP is an IP. if it matches yours than either you did it or you let someone on your computer post stuff. it’s pointless to post some anon if you are going to use the same computer and post on what was posted anon!!!!
To whomever puts the arcade games up……
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR PUTTING TOWER DEFENSE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE THIS GAME:)

If we were to play CoD4 on console would we need all of the TVs and XBox’s?!?!?! Cause I have tried to play on the same screen and XBox as someone and it did not work. I’m a noob so I don’t know if there is any way to work around that.
