We need as many people who play Smash at the LANs as possible to show up to this Saturday event! This could possibly decide whether or not we have a teams tournament in brawl. I need as many peoples opinions as possible on this matter and I need to make an announcement and make a few things clear about Smash this year at the LAN! Also, Im expecting some 360s to be there on tvs, so come on down!
If you are having a meeting of any type make sure Ephraim knows about it so he can be there to take meeting minutes, and report back to the executives. This is how we keep track of all things going on

Honestly I just need to see how people respond to a Smash Teams Tournament at the LAN based off of what I was told the Club would allow (even though I would prefer a few changes, which I will bring up later). Me and Shangi want to hold a meeting next Friday to talk about the LAN for those of you who dont know, so everyone try to show up. We have a lot to discuss concerning some new ideas for the club to help possibly expand it. If anyone has any questions just AIM me at OneWingedAngel2x

Thanks Eyce. I dont think Im gonna be able to set up early like I usually do because Kim told me that supposedly someone else reserved it from 5 till 6 but 6 is still the best arrival time for everyone. well hey, maybe they wont show up at 5 and i can set up early anyway…… lol
Sorry guys I couldn’t get enough people to bring any other consoles so it’s gonna be just the wii stuff again. Hopefully next time I’ll get some more support on the matter.
Yeah.. Give me more of a heads up. I had already made plans. I suggest if you’re doing to go ahead and plan for next week, start talking to people about equipment now and figure out what games and consoles you want.

It was even on the main page for a while, if people dont know about it by now then they probably dont care. All in all though, its lots of fun and I believe the Brawl tournament at the LAN this year is gonna be great.
If there was a meeting yesterday about the LAN I don’t think many people knew about it. Personally, I think that if there is going to be a meeting concerning the LAN it should be held in the UC. This is a central location and people who do not live in or near central don’t have to worry about getting in. Granted I can’t play in any of the tournaments, I would still like to be a part of discussing the console part of the LAN!
It wasn’t a LAN meeting, it was the Smash’n Saturday event and i just wanted to get people’s opinion’s on how they would like a Team Smash tournament to be held, that’s all.

Well, Brenton didn’t let me know that he needed my console and TV until that day. That was my point, Kaz-Ka.
Ah, I thought u meant about the event itself. My bad Audyo. You can bring whatever you want any Saturday their is just one rule. Smash is played on the projector.
That’s fine. IMO, Xbox 360 on a project is bad. Period. Like I said, you and Shingi should probably decide what you guys want to do exactly for each individual Saturday event so we know what to bring and who’s bringing it.
Well Im sticking with Smash every Saturday for sure (and luckily, my Wii will be back to me from Nintendo on Monday). Lots of people play it (as indicated by the votes) and everyone that has come to them so far has improved greatly. From what Ive seen, this is going to be the best Brawl tournament this university has seen!
The Saturday events have grown into something stable and appealing, I’d say. We’ll constantly have Smash on the projector and SC4 on someone’s TV, and usually a third console running something else to entertain us.
