99.999999999% of it is trolling (assuming they are being derogatory). People trying to *edited* other people off which if you look in the nifty server rules put up by our one and only gxti, is also illegal and grounds for kick/temp ban.
It all comes down to you guys having to make the call. There is a pretty obvious difference between “That was tight *edited*” and “You stupid *edited*ing *edited*.” Number one is not racism. Number 2 is. I don’t think any of you have any trouble differentiating.
The only reason I pushed for quake3 was to make brackets. I was told that it had to have a council leader to have brackets. Since gxti and myself have taken it upon ourselves to do all the brackets for non council leader games, we don’t need it anymore as a server.
I don’t mean to sound like an *edited* but this is not a Keith Kelly tournament. This is Falcon’s tournament and he can run it however he sees fit. We DO NOT have 12 hours for a UT tournament and this lan is not all about UT. If you want UT run differently you should come to meetings and try to get elected as the UT council leader. That’s my .02.
I HATE PEOPLE THAT *edited* OUT. For instance, CT’s on assault will stop trying to get into the building. T’s on Dust will stop trying to rush the bomb sites and just stand outside of mid tunnels. CT’s get awps on Aztec and the whole map gets *edited* and T’s stop trying to get to bomb sites. I guess what I’m trying to say is: get some balls people. If you rush hard, you can get at least 3 or 4 people unsuspecting at the beginning of the round. At least 2 or 3 times before they catch on.
Warlock is the easiest super jump ever. Even I could do it when super jumping was relatively new. You should try that one and get good at the super jumping strategy.
I don’t know if they told you or not, but all you have to do is look at the spray and type ma_spray and it will tell you who did it with a nifty menu. That’s all the proof you need.
I like assault, but about half way through, the stat *edited* cts will no longer try to get in the building for the hosties. It’s such an easy map too, if you rush in guns blazing with all the cts.
It all comes down to what me and gxti experiment and find works for the server. As of right now, map voting isn’t coming back and when I’ve been on, the maps haven’t been a problem, therefore there are no plans to change anything at all.
