well they actually have helped me out in the past before so Im looking at this as a good situation getting better.
im not sure about the TVs, she didnt say that she needed us to bring tvs, she just said consoles, equipment and games. I called her and left a message if she doesnt text me back in the next 5 minutes, I gotta go to class.
Jin actually isnt that hard to beat. Despite the fact that he’s annoying, his worst aspect is that noobs want to ice car the hell out of people. after the second hit if ice car, punish him for the k.o.
Just a friendly reminder Ephraim, remember to see how much knockback an item has when thrown. That is why some people are against the Baseball Bat, because it has some *edited* good knock back. Figured Id say this though, just as a reminder. Keep up the good work.
Ive been talking to Kyle (Arch Angel) and he said he has no plans on changing the Soul Calibur IV rules. As far as BlazBlue goes, we are going to test it out today.

Still, it is important for you (and all executives, actually) to have an understanding of politics. There are several constituencies in the club. The Family comes to mind. I honestly don’t see how we are that large of a voting block? 5 out of 30+ people doesn’t seem too big of sway to me. And another thing it’s not like we are going to vote against anything because we’ve been “antagonized” (didn’t really see the point of you adding that), if we don’t vote for something it’s because we don’t like the game. And amongst the people that are in tF we have different views on which games we want to play. And most of us are unbiased in what to play. Take me for example, I opted to not have GoW2 in this LAN just to give it some down time. GoW2 is my game I love it more than any other game I’ve ever played but instead I put my support behind the Wii and PS3 to get it’s popularity up. Please stop looking at our community as some kind of force that has to be appeased. We are gamers just like everyone else in the club.
From what I remember from last year, you guys did have a lot of people show up to the meetings as apposed to this semester. And again, Im ok with that, I think its great that you guys can get people to come to the meetings because the more people we have in there the better it looks on the club and the more fun we seem to have. And I’m not trying to say you guys are rigging stuff to your liking, all I’ve been trying to say is that I want you guys to keep a more open mind about what people like on the other systems since tF’s specialty in gaming is the 360.
Also, I definitely am not trying to antagonize tF, I was with you guys for quite a while. Im not trying to push your buttons or anything because hey, you guys help out with this club just as much as everyone else. And again, we need you guys to help us too, and the last thing we need is to divide the club up between two parties. I’m not out to sabotage you guys or anything because I consider you guys my friends, and Im not going to do that to my friends. Now we may not agree on everything and thats fine because if it wasnt that way, I wouldnt be able to get different opinions on what needs to changed or of new things we should try.
I guess what Im pretty much trying to say is that Im not trying to go to war with anybody and I dont want that. If I say something you dont agree with here on the forums, message me about it first and we’ll talk about it. If you think I am getting an attitude, ask me first because Im probably not (and if I am I will let you know, my netiquette seems to come off as a little hostel Ive been told lol). And I mean this for everyone, If you have a problem or concern, just talk to me about it, Im not going to be mean to you, Im here to try to help everyone and make things better.

Ok so anyone please feel free to post your thoughts on this. I know in the past we’ve had many people express completely different sides on how they want the games to be run. We have the one group saying MLG and another saying default settings or some other variant. This LAN I am leaning towards NOT going with MLG and testing with default settings with maybe some tweaks here and there to balance the game out. I’ll have the specific settings later but for now I’d like to hear ANYONE’S opinion on the matter.
Have either you or Daniel decided on whether or not we will be playing Modern Warfare 1 or 2 yet? And what about Halo 3? Will it be ODST or the original? The reason I ask is because I had a few people I ran into playing games last night ask.

I know. My plan is to get one memory card with everything unlocked, then copy the file onto other memory cards. If I don’t get everything I need soon, I’ll look for a volunteer with the right file on a memory card. *looks towards Liquid*If Im not mistaken, I still have my memory card with everything unlocked for Double Dash.
