LOL, me too. I don’t think I do it very often and I think this is the only one I got a screenshot of. I also love it when you’re ready to throw a nade and someone kills you and then your nade kills them cuz they have low hp.
I’m still experiencing periods where I get stuck for half a minute or so. Someone else complained about it last night, too.
LOL, wow, nice rush. The hs icon in sauce is ugly. I remember sometime shortly after steam was released, they changed the hs icon in 1.6 to something big and ugly (similar to the sauce icon) and then switched it back.

I decided to post these cuz HexFlex put up some screenshots of people get 2 nade kills and then one kill with a gun.
People who get 3 kills with a nade!

I hate when people change their names so much. I’ve started deleting people who change their Steam name, too. They msg me like a year later and they’re like, “Hey, who’s this?” (when I haven’t changed my name since 2001) and I ask who they are and they don’t remember what name they used 50 names ago. Happens all the time. They can’t even remember the server we played on.
Anyway, I don’t have anything else to say about the other posts except… (@ HexFlex) did you guys vote for vertigo or is that back on the server now? (If the rotation was changed, I didn’t know.)
Holy *edited*. I decided to vote today (without looking at the results) and I voted for chateau and it’s at a TIE again (9-9). LOL.
Also, I think custom maps typically clear out servers that usually play “regular” maps… which ours is.

They have a server that registers nicely now, but no one plays on it.
I generally have the same feelings as lockem and rossy when it comes to rotations, but I’m participating in this vote cuz if this is what we’re using… I want chateau or piranesi on it, and I’m choosing the one I want more.

Also, shouldn’t d2 go at the end of the rotation? When the server crashes and reboots, it goes to d2 by default. One of the rotations earlier in the year had d2 first, and when the server kept crashing, we would play d2 twice cuz that’s what it goes to by default during a crash and then we played it again cuz it was first in the rotation. :/
I think 3 custom maps might be okay. As long as it’s not like the current rotation where we have iceworld, iceworld2k, and snow. Srsly, wtf.

There are a lot of times when you go to forums and they say to look for an existing thread for a certain topic rather than create a new one. I don’t think it’s a bad thing to revive old threads, unless they’re like several months old and several pages long. It would take a little while to go through it and refresh your memory.
If you’re talking about people reviving old topics to boost their posts for admin, though, yeah… that sucks.
I never go to the homepage unless I wanna check out the stats page (which is rarely).
Also, I like these new colors. I was just looking in my settings the other day if I could change it cuz… I dunno, the teal, orange, and purple weren’t really doing it for me. Were those the old school colors or something?

I hate that we use assault_upc for reasons like it did well in the past or something, when 1337 assault is more balanced. I did a map vote for it today and the server filled up.
Why are the requirements for admin in the General Discussion? Can the thread about admin in the How-To section be edited to include this?

Oh, I just wanted to point out that if this person copied and pasted those quoted sentences, I think you mean “assess” cuz what’s written is the plural of “*edited*”. And if that was his mistake, then it just makes him look dumber.

lol, he’s so not a noob. He hates the noobs, too, so he server hops, but PGN is where he plays most because people we know play there, like Mira, sticky, shado, and dusta.

To answer Gilmore, I’ve been online for like the last week, mostly playing TF2, but I joined the 1.6 server when I saw some people playing to hopefully encourage more people to join, and just cuz there weren’t any admins in there.
I’d like to help get the 1.6 server populated again, since I just quit my job and my workload for this semester’s not very demanding. However, it’s still hard to say how often I can be on 1.6. There will be a few days out of the week when I can’t (I can be on messengers or IRC, though).
Also, I don’t know about HOTEL Cali, but I see quite a few players on MOTEL California 1.6 FF. Also, like lockem said, there are a lot of people playing on the PGN servers (I think mostly the Illinois server) and gamerstrust. There are so many noobs on PGN that I actually feel relief when one of our regulars joins.

You can’t nade spam if you can’t buy (buy time’s over). Also, not everyone can buy and spam that quickly.
I’m pretty sure most people would die, unless you were trained in the art of Noob and you can run away without getting pwnt.
I can imagine that now. You’re the only awper watching the long tunnel on t side. Most of your team rushed and the few people who hung back with you are rotating between apartment and stairs. Suddenly, ten cts with shields come gushing through the tunnel. What do you do? WHAT CAN YOU DO?!
