I don’t have a schedule for gaming, but I try to play whenever I have free time or when the good PC is available (this one is all right for CS; not so much for TF2). As far as I know, we just have the one server that we’re trying to populate.

Hmm, I’m not sure it was smoother. It gives everyone the option to vote for a map when the admins can’t do it (when the server is more than half-full). I think we just need to expand the rotation or add more restrictions for what maps pop up during the vote, because we are repeating maps three times in half an hour, and only for like less than 10 minutes each time.

LOL, screws. That’s torakusu (without the N cuz someone can’t spell) and I’ve never visited this site before. OMG, I should register my name, haha. That nub fails for misspelling it.
I’m gonna have to check out this site sometime. Not now, though, cuz I don’t have any money to spend on stuff I don’t need.

I was kinda *edited*ed about this last night in IRC, but then I realized that it’s not that big of a problem for me AND… my most played class is engi, so this works out for me. I think you were able to shoot away a sticky or two, but it didn’t always move them. I’ve lost many a sentry to stickies I couldn’t shoot away. RIP.MasterP said:

Before when they shot the stickies they flew off in random directions and became almost useless anyway.
The only classes I know of that could move stickies were the pyro (compression blast), heavy (minigun), demo (stickies), and maybe the soldier (rocket launcher). I know a few times I might’ve been able to shoot a sticky with a shotgun or pistol, but it’s not as effective as the weapons I just mentioned (with the exception of the soldier, though. Not 100% sure about that one).
This update allows anyone to be able to move the stickies, not certain classes. It’s pretty useful, imo.

I have no idea what that is. I hit ctrl+f to see if my name was somewhere and I found a “torakusu”. That’s not me.

I just want to add that personally, I play with only whatever gun is on that map and a pistol (whatever I spawned with or I’ll buy another one). I prefer it this way. BUT if we allow nades, I don’t mind it as long as it doesn’t get ridiculous. (Note: I buy nades out of habit, but I don’t really use them. If I do, I usually do it I think I legged someone or if they’re the last person alive.)
Well, I don’t mind them that much as long as it’s not being spammed. If they only bought one and used it, that’s fine. I don’t want to deal with someone who bought five smokes in the beginning of the round and smoked the same spot, so he can hide in the corner and wait for someone to come along so he can knife them.

It only shows it if your resolution is higher than 800×600.
It was actually a single post, but somehow got messed up when I went back to edit it right after. If you noticed it before I edited, the second post is different from the first (a little comment about the hitboxes in 1.6 was included). The forums are running slow (for me, at least). All I did was, after submitting the edit, refresh the page cuz it was running slow and went afk for like 15 minutes. I dunno how it ended up being two posts, but oh well. I edited the second one. If someone could delete it, that would be cool.
Anyway, although TF2 is cartoony, it’s still violent. Maybe even more so than CS. Both of them have blood splattering on the walls, but in CS, your body falls to the ground in one piece whereas in TF2, you explode and chunks of your body flies all over the place. Not to mention they leave corpses all over the place, leaning against walls and dangling off ledges, even after you respawn, haha.

It is crazy violent, but the story is good.

It’s a short series (only 13 episodes long, and there’s an OVA special, usually listed as episode 14). A friend recommended it to me a few years ago, but I forgot about and I saw it about a month or two ago online. It’s so effing good. I got hooked and ended up watching almost the whole series in one sitting. I was like, “It’s only another 20 minutes, I can watch another episode.” And then at around 6am, I decided it was time to go to bed. I watched the last two episodes later that afternoon. I’m reading the manga online right now.
Make sure you watched the subbed version (dubbed sucks!).
I’m also watching One Piece and almost done with Death Note.

As for movies, have you seen anything by Hayao Miyazaki (owns Studio Ghibli)? If you haven’t, you should watch Howl’s Moving Castle, Princess Mononoke, My Neighbor Totoro, and Spirited Away. Those are his more recent stuff. I’m going down the list of his stuff. I started on Porco Rosso and Castle in the Sky, but I stopped Castle in the Sky a few minutes into it cuz I wanna read the book first. Howl’s Moving Castle and Castle in the Sky are both based on books written by Diana Wynn Jones. I’ve read Howl’s Moving Castle. The book is good; it seems to be geared more for adolescents, but it was still a good read. The movie is awesome.

This is a link to a search for Elfen Lied episodes (subbed). The thing I like about veoh is you can search for videos that are a certain length. These are all over 20 minutes long, so you know they’re full episodes.
I can only find My Neighbor Totoro in English.
