It is apparently a problem with the new skin. Load up a different skin and it should work fine; the IP board pro one works just fine.
I thought about putting my SNES on ebay; the same thing I am selling here for $20 is going for $40 on ebay.

oh update I guess… my laptop decided to start working again. In the process I lost the bootloader for osx86 and I think I just deleted that partition so I will start that process over again. Luckily I saved the necessary driver files on my flash drive so I should be able to get it working rather fast.
I love the new theme; I can actually use it without wanting to gouge my eyes out… please make the “fluid” version now!
Also if anybody doesn’t like it, you can still choose the old version from the drop down box in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
I forgot to mention that I played trumpet for 9 years. Haven’t touched it in about 2 1/2 years though

something happened and my laptop is acting uber weird like I can’t even get to the bios anymore unless I have an external lcd attached; but the internal lcd still works. idk i hope the problem goes away lol.
Well I wanted to do a full update here; I got it to (mostly) work!
Issues still to be resolved:
-need to install bootloader that lets me default to Windows Vista (the darwin one has almost no config options) Got this to work with the Vista bootloader.
-computer freezes when shutting down/restarting (fails to unmount the hard drive)
-bluetooth WAS working but now it won’t connect to my mx1000 :ohno01: instead it fails connection but the driver is working… idk wtf the problem is there. It was an issue with the graphics driver I was using. Fixed now
-trackpad scroll functions not working
-cannot install combined OSX updates (kernel panic)
Other than that I have gotten the following features to work:
-sound (that one was a *edited*)
-wireless internet
-full video accelleration
-wired internet
-got the battery meter to show up!
-get the white apple screen on startup
-other non-combined updates work fine
-all applications seem to work fine
