Unfortunately that IS the school color, its supposedly “antique gold”
Abomb and Raven worked so hard getting the old WCU theme look on this site. then WCU go’s and changes it.. (for the worst, i might ad)

yeah on the website, to be frank, it does look like *edited*, but in other places, like on T-shirts and sweatshirts, it looks ok because they gave it a metallic look. or does that just make it look like metallic *edited*? well whatever heres a pic of mine
well in all honesty its only changing the green to brown. I have been waiting for something like this to happen before i changed the front site CMS anyway. I think this is a great time to fix up the home page. I can get derrick to change the color on the forum also. If that is something you guys want to do. Even though he is not a friend to the community anymore we are proud of our work and the link at the bottom. I would pay derrick out of my pocket. Websites have always been my donation to the club.
I don’t know if I want to get him involved again, last time we gave him access to things he started making changes he was not supposed to make.
If we change this theme I’ll slap a *edited*. And by *edited* I mean whoever thought *edited* brown was a good idea for the gaming club.

Anyway Its up to you. The other designers that we would contract are out of my price range. Besides he doesn’t want to do it either. I am going to pay him to do it. That way if he does mess up then I get a refund. Its win win for the gaming club.
Also nobody is going to get rid of this theme, but we may add the other one as the global default. You can always set your default to something else.
the “new” gold color is actually just the alumni gold:) now people can tell the difference between us and ECU!!!! it’s supposed to make this university “distinguished”

I don’t know yet, I don’t want to waste money on it if western wants to do something with us. Mr. Corzine had told me the last time we had talked that he was trying to get us more officially recognized in the university by getting us an official page on Western’s main page, so the skin might be done for us by someone at the university, however, it might look good for us if we go ahead and match it over, what do you think?
Well, I dont think they are going to allow us to use their CMS for all the pages that we need. I really dont know if we what the responsibility of logging into their system. But what we can do is take their template right off the home page with buttons and links. I mean we could make it so you couldn’t even tell that you were on our site until you got here. To be honest I dont like their menu on our page. We have too much content. I think we need to come up with an idea so that they can get back to http://www.wcu.edu from our homepage and vise verse but i dont know that i want the exact links they have. But maybe we should. That is something for the community to decide.

maybe he is right, look at this.
seems like most of our homepage hits come from http://www.wcu.edu maybe we should use their menu.
