Apparently when you wait until you’re truely hungry the body changes the matabolism rate so that more of the food you eat is stored (fat) as opposed to if you eat when you’re only slightly hungry. You also eat less because you’re only mildly hungry and it takes much less food to feel “full”. Since the metabolism stays in “burn mode” all day, you actually burn more calories and store less as fat.
Of course, the ADA has labelled all that as science fiction. Far be it for someone not on their payrole to come up with a healthy way to eat

If you want I can just explain all the rules for melee (like how banning and counterpicks work) before we start. Just make sure everyone participating gathers around the smash stations before we start and I’ll run through it. Also, it would be a good idea to print a copy or two of the stage list and leave them at the stations, considering in the past the most asked question is always “is this stage legal”?
I don’t think anything makes a character bannable. If one character is a monster (ie MK), either get good at playing that character or switch games.

The point of having a real tournament is to benefit/determine the skilled. Otherwise, it’s all just free play. If you’re talking about any system that imposes artificial “fairness,” you no longer have any reason for a tourney. Skill should be rewarded in a tournament setting, period. If that’s a problem, you don’t have to enter.

I find this whole thing sad. Everyone is like, “omg how do we fix it!?” The banks lent money they didn’t have, and then it wasn’t payed back and they went under. I’m no economist and I understand what needs to be done. Giving them a trillion in taxpayer’s dollars is just making the problem worse. All that needs to be done is people need to start living within their means. Instead of trying to buy a 400k house, buy the 200k one you can afford. Some of the banks didn’t even check if people had a job, they just believed them. Those banks should be gone from the face of the earth now, but guess what, they’re using our money to buy random *edited* and live extravagantly. If this trend continues it’s goodbye usa.

I’ve always hated the redrawing of districts. Seems unfair to me, just sayin. Also, nothing in that article says what he plans to actually do. Do you know?
