Mitch are you kidding me? The only game I hear people still talking about for the 360 is Gears of War II and Fable II, thats it! So to say that the 360 is so much better than the PS3 is an understatement! Over the past few months for the PS3 however, people have been playing LittleBigPlanet, MGS4, and Resistance 2. So to say their lineup is lacking compared to the 360, come on, that’s an insane statement. And to even try to compare the Wii to either the 360 or PS3 is sad. Have you read reviews on MANY of these Wii games that make it so much better? Well to put it shortly, Nintendo has, as of late, been trying to garner to the casual gamer, and in the process, been making mostly *edited* games. I mean hell, I own a Wii but I play my PS3 more because the gaming selection is so much better. And this proves that comparing the sales of a system to how well it is compared to others is a bull*edited* argument.
Ok. I’m wondering though who will be running for Pres. of the club after the big wigs of the club leave. Its gonna be a big change of pace to say the least. Speaking of, will we be deciding at the next meeting who will be taking Bitey’s spot next semester?
Oh ok man, I understand. If I’m elected, I’m all ears for anything about the Xbox 360 that you have to say.
Again, all that I ask is that it is not scheduled for this saturday or sunday because I want to run for Console Pres./Console Vice Pres. Nothing against you running for Console Pres. Audyo, I at least want my old position back so I’m gonna run for both if need be.
Sounds fine to me about the meeting having to be re-scheduled, I understand. But if getting a room is hard just message me or something and I can about 95% of the time get it, no problem or questions asked. Just let me know ahead of time and I can get the ok from Kim. Central’s Multipurpose Room has more than enough room, it has a projector and 2 white boards. Its perfect.
Well if you guys want to book a room YOU KNOW FOR SURE we can (Centrals MP Room) have let me know, I can get it.

Well if you rip movies and convert them to MP4, DIVX, or some other format i cant remember off the top of my head, you can watch videos without the DVD on the PS3. You can also put MP3s on the PS3. Also, you can put LYNX on the system if you are willing to partition the hardrive. It also has a built in internet browser. You can also buy or even rent movies and TV shows on the Playstation Network. Im pretty sure their are more things that aren’t gaming based with the PS3. If your interested in that though, you should probably talk to josrocket.
*edited* if anyone thinks this is a good idea, I need to know now so I can get the room unlocked. Otherwise someone else might get it.
Centrals MP room would be great. Its bigger than the MP room in the UC and all I would have to do would be to get an RA to unlock it, which would be easy as hell to do

)Lets just be completely honest here people it comes down to which game series you like the most and how much you are willing to pay for the system, online gaming, controllers, and all that good stuff. To put it simply, if you like FPSs and you do not want to spend alot of money, buy a 360. The console isn’t not bad but then again its not the greatest console out there with its *edited* DPad and RRoD . If money isnt a factor and you want a system that has a good mix of everything, get a PS3. And again it does have some good exclusives but this does come at a price because the system is pretty expensive.
Actually I think The Last Remnant and Ninja Gaiden are on the PS3. And as far as Gears of War 1 and 2 and Fable 2 go, yea, if you get a 360 Id check those out. But from what Ive heard from most die hard Halo fans, Halo 3 is a disappointment. If your looking for a bad *edited* FPS, get a PS3 and buy Resistance 2. If you get a PS3 you should also pick up Uncharted: Drakes Fortune, its a really good game.

Honestly, I would have to say a PS3 would be a better choice. Why? Well for one if you want to try online gaming its free. Secondly, a lot of the good 360 are on the PS3 as well (with the exception of Gears of War II and Fable II which are good). And finally, the system actually does have some good console exclusives. LittleBigPlanet, Resistance 1 and 2, Killzone 2(will be coming out in Feb.), and MGS4 just to name a few. Another plus is the fact that you are buying a blue ray player and you can upgrade the hardrive on the PS3 easily. So in my opinion, the PS3 is the way to go.
