When we vote for games, if we decide to use Brenton’s idea of having 2 FPS’s, 2 Fighters, and 2 miscellaneous games (and I think this is a great idea because it gives the LAN some variety), who would be interested in having MK vs DC Universe as one of the miscellaneous or fighting games?
I’ve been a little curious, in this circumstance does misc. mean any game that isn’t a fighter or fps, or any game of any genre?
I’d want to add Left 4 Dead to the lineup. Just for a fun tournament. Assuming we can get enough copies.

Last year me and my friends played AOE2 for a half year. during the lunch period we would go to computer lab and play quick games. That game was the *edited* ^.^
We also played Unreal Tournament and that game was mad fun. i was the best in our school. nobody could beat me 1on1 on that game xD
me and my friends hooked up mario kart for the n64 over the break, was the most fun ive had playing a console game in a long time, probably since mario kart first came out…….we also played golden eye, perfect dark and HEXEN. ( game sucks balls)

We won’t be able to play AoE2, even on the fastest connections it gets extremely laggy when a few good players get going at it. The only game we found similar to that game style that didn’t have lag issues was Empire Earth but those games take WAY too long.
Btw, as much as I don’t want to take my Wii to a LAN, if a good game isn’t played because enough copies can’t be found let me know and I can either bring a copy and my Wii or set up the other Wiis to use copies. Takes every bit of 10 minutes and is relatively harmless.

back to the original topic L4D would most deffinately be a welcome addition and i know for a fact we would have enough coppies for console. i’m not even sure it would be able to be played as a shooter because it is so much more than that when you play multiplayer so it would have to go in Misc. Gears2 and COD 4 or 5 should probably be the shooters anyway to bring in the console crowds. i just hope we keep SC4 because im actually trying to learn that game now lol
Trust me, SC4 will be back (or at least it should) because if I’m not mistaken it drew the second highest crowed of people with Brawl drawing the highest.
