I probably should check for driver updates. That aside I’ll try what what all of you have been suggesting that is within my power to try.

I don’t have another monitor or video card to try. Though I plan to buy at least a new monitor soon.

 

What is the easiest way to monitor temperature or power usage so I can figure out what it is?

Usually only for a handful of hours at a time. Maybe no more then 2. And the only thing I’ve been playing lately besides WoW is Battlefield 2.

The last 2 times it did it was when WoW was being played. The first after the game was played after a couple of hours and in the middle of a boss fight that is known for somewhat intense graphics. So, I figured my computer just went WHAT THE *edited* and froze itself.

 

The second time was after a boss fight when the character was just standing there doing nothing. So ingame, only twice over a four week period.

 

It’s my desktop and I dunno my specs unless I fish them out of somewhere.

Everything but the screen stays on. The first time it happened you could ever hear everything running in the background. Well, you could at least hear vent running, but the game was frozen. Heating I would hope isnt a problem with all the fans I shoved in the thing, but its a possibility.

 

I also need to clean the poor thing out. I just need the money for a *edited* can of air (A compressed can of the *edited* I breathe on a daily basis should not cost what it does).

I just voted for what I listen to on a regular basis. I am willing to listen to a fairly wide variety of music…to a degree.

That’s actually a great point. One of the reason I refuse to sign up for a lot of PC tournies anymore is because I end up getting bored and apathetic after playing for so many hours in the row without a break. Usually by the time I hit CSS I was bored and cranky with the game.

I didnt realize bottled water was popular either. I figured I was one of the only people that preferred 3-4 bottles of water and only 1 soda per LAN!

 

And pizza in two shifts would be awesome. I thought that was done once at one of the LANs. And yes to more snacks, it ran out fast this time.

 

As for planning popular games alongside each other, I only played in two tournies this time so I have no idea if that was a huge issue, though I know it has been before. I guess we should just try to mismatch that.

 

I don’t know. I had no real complaints about this last LAN so I can only say keep it up.

I had a great time playing at the LAN. Little dissapointed in the no Vader rule, but I get to play Cervantes still so no big deal.

My brother had a car like that. I used to grab onto the yellow bit on one side and spin it in a circle as fast as I could. Hey, he thought it was fun.

 

And once, he tried to drive it on top of two stacked mattresses and the thing flipped over upside down. He just kind of sat there for a moment really confused.
