Yes, anything to make Call of Duty run smoother would be wonderful! Power and equipment on hand before things start getting hairy. I’m sure we can manage that next time for sure though.

Nice. I’m especially interested in seeing how Metal Gear Online turns out. The few videos I’ve seen of it in action so far has made it look really cool.

While we are hopefully running it 3v3 or 4v4 the decision is ultimately going to come down to how many copies of the game, 360s, and tvs we have. I hate to put it off like that but that’s how it seems to be going at the moment.
Teams would be randomized, by the way. So there is a chance you’d be together but no guarantee.

Nickname, I actually think they look better black and white overall. I wouldnt mind seeing those adopted for the next LAN as is.
All tournaments will be held on the 12th. Must’ve just been a typo.
The COD4 tourney in particular will be held around 7:30pm.

For Halo 3, if we do use the MLG maps as the settings suggest I was curious how we make sure all the XBox’s have it. Can someone share it and just do a mass download perhaps?
I tried to work this out myself, but if you saw my other thread awhile ago about figuring out the whole deal it didnt exactly work out.
Hopefully this is actually true. I stopped playing with the release of Dark Crusade because I thought it was rubbish. So, a reboot for the franchise would be nice to see.
Hopefully they’ll stop making their lame *edited* meta campaigns though. Stories are nice, not a line of skirmishes loosely connected through poor narrations.
The last time I played CSS drunk I just talked incessantly on the mic. I was actually doing fairly well when I was playing oddly enough. But then everyone in the server either stopped talking or left and it made me sad so I stopped playing.
Seems like an interesting idea. Though with how much will be running in my room (Computers, TV, fridge) the lights out seems necessary.
Seems cool that whole cities will be trying it though.
There is sometimes trivia as Liam advertised.
