negative, my reflexes slow down considerably, and I just make a fool of myself! Although I don’t get as upset when I die…
there are definitly zones… how much the alcohol skews your perception? might be a good experiment when i get home. I’ve noticed about 3-6 drinks in i get really good, maybe a little more relaxed. After 9-12 drinks my skills seem to diminish, but i’m having more fun, so while my score skydives, the funlevel goes up and it’s more enjoyable. Basically the more you drink, the better you think your doing. That should count somewhere in the stats, maybe we can make an exception and send everyone breathalizers so we can factor it in. OR!!! Someone get a home breathalizer for like 40 bucks, have a lil minilan – and test this *edited* out! What a great scientific weekend!!!
the more i drink the louder i get and worse i play, but the more fun i have. up until i start sobering up and cant take the sucking.
i’d say 3-5 beers lends to a better playing smoother play, but the reflexes are slower so maps like sk get *edited*ty.
i’ve been playing like *edited* lately, maybe i should give this a shot…it can’t hurt, except my liver
I’ve noticed I actually play the best when I have been drunk and I start to come down from my buzz.
Most of the time I’m better at pool though after the first few drinks so… I’m kinda confused as to why I have to get drunk and then start to sober up to play.
can we lock this thread for 8 years and open it up later so urban can participate?

I’ve only drank enough once to feel anything and I was playing CSS that day, my 21st, some of you might remember lol. The only thing I did was yell at my room mate to give me back my alcohol when he was in the complete other room doing absolutely nothing, once I did that though he promptly took it away from me lol.
I’m thinking it might be the type of alcohol as well… apparently I play a lot better with Bourbon than I do Vodka…. beer is a close second to teh Bourbon..
For further research I plan on trying out Tequila… my *edited* lover… although I think that would just be bad because I only drink it strait (what else would you do with tequila) and it makes me more energetic

anyway i have tried plenty of drinks. im a georgian/russian jew, i tried my first drink at 11. hard liquer. i’ve tried all types of things; wines, beers, hard liquers, campagne. like all the “good” brands and everything i have tried. i don’t like any of it. by personal preference i will never drink. i hate the taste, i hate the effects, and i just don’t see a good reason to drink.
just an FYI to thosse of you talkin bout me and alcohol.
now to drugs…
