Yep people demanded a lunch and dinner, so I made arrangements for this to happen, we got the same amount of pizza but instead of all at once it was split up into two deliveries. Dell says next time he will pay for lunch, we put 200 in he puts 200 in, so we get 400 worth of pizza.

However, I’d love to see new people at our LANs especially people we know and play with so I’d say passing around a hat to collect money at a meeting is a cool idea.
It is not out of the question, it is the question, of course it wouldn’t be every random joe that asked for it, it would be a sort of prize for some kind contest we can hold. Or it can simply be the person ranked highest in the server that we can afford to pay for. It is not out of the question by any means it is how you look at it.
Everyone does realize that this all goes back to show up to the meetings and vote in the games you want to play, otherwise…. don’t *edited*.
For some reason, I feel like we are not doing anything wrong, it seems to me that some of this has to do with apathy, we are no the only club with dwindling members and community, the theater group University Players also has had a huge drop in members that attend meetings. So to me it either seems that it is apathy or maybe some people just don’t like having to haul their computer? Just throwing out ideas because I don’t feel like it is something we have been doing wrong, because we are doing the same thing that has been done since the beginning, I know that consoles are successful because they have such a die-hard community right now.

I wasn’t saying we couldn’t debate, I was saying there was no way of you knowing why the other person feels the way they do about something, they can tell you all about it, but unless you have been there, your not gonna believe a *edited* word they say. I guess it was more a long the lines of we are not going to change anyone’s minds most of the people on this forum are extremely closed minded and refuse to see any other view point, that’s fine if that is what floats their boat, just not my cup of tea, I am more for MajorX3’s view point, I like compromises, which are very minimal in this thread…
I also don’t like debates that end in neither side seeing anything different about the situation, what is the point of a debate if no one sees something in a new light? That is not a debate, that is an argument where emotions are high and everyone is just angry. I am not saying this particular thread has reached that but that is where it seemed it was going, hence my previous post.
Lastly I should not have to call anyone out on anything, I’d rather you figure it out for yourself instead of calling you out in public like a fool, hence why I say, do your own research, I won’t do it for you.

Ok, so I have read every single post, except NoDice’s sorry but that was hurting my eyes, I did skim it, anyways what I came to find out is everyone’s opinions are based on the experiences that they have had, I know thats kinda “No *edited*, sherlock”, but I just thought it was interesting that it was everyone. From what I can tell none of us are completely right, and since none of us know what it was like with your particular situation there really is no point in keeping this thing going…
I would urge that a lot of you who have opinions about matters that if it is a rumor, or something you heard that you check with non-partisan sites before posting it up. There is a lot of BS I have been reading that has just been here-say that many of you have posted up. If you are basing your opinions on these rumors then it is no wonder you view some things the way you do.
Main point, do some research before you post up BS….
I bought the game about a week after it came out, wish we still had SS of the games we played I had pretty good scores, nothing compared to Shane or maybe even you, but I certainly gave Kappa a run for his money.
Lol when Shane ran it? I remember teams even being screwy then, no one stepped and said anything though…. hmm wonder why that was…
Good points, of course your not greedy for giving to leechers, but then again do you or Susan really know about that person? We can’t possibly claim to know what they have been through, that is why I try not to judge people on that. To me whether they are “leeching” or not is beyond the point, maybe that help is what they need to get them off their feet, a little incentive to say you can do it, here, this will help with stressing out over every day, worrying about that next months rent. I am not a “hippy” by any means of the word but I would definitely think that this world would be a better place if we stopped worrying about “me, me, me” and help out other people, I mean certainly get your own affairs in order and don’t let worrying about these “leechers” be your priority, make sure your ready for what may come and with what you have left do something with it instead of letting it sit there. I mean these are just my opinions and kind of shape the way I live my life, by no means does anyone have to listen I just felt it was my time to give my input.
I don’t know about all this socialist BS either, a lot of people confuse socialism with communism, yes some ideals are similar but the ultimate goal is completely different. Everyone is like I make money I should keep it, well good for you that is a very conservative and republican view point, I agree that you should keep your money, I don’t see why you *edited* about paying a little more on your taxes to help out the people on the bottom, how dare you assume that they are “lazy” or “don’t care”, you don’t know that and you don’t live their life, I doubt you would survive one day in a persons shoes like that. What are you going to do with your millions of dollars, stock pile it and save it up? For what, to what point and purpose? Your going to die some day so then what? Best policy I can think of, save money for yourself and your children so they aren’t left in the cold, the rest, instead of spending it on 6-7 houses and then 9 or 10 cars, what is so wrong with “spreading” that around. You can look at it as charity, or whatever floats your boat, but something we all need to realize is we all live on this planet together, and we all have an impact on what happens to it, so you choose….
Help the people that clean up your *edited*, that throw away your trash, that clean the streets, that fix your McDy’s burger, that take care of your children, keep crime off our streets, put out fires, and all the other minimum wage jobs.
Or hoard all your money for yourself.

I am not arguing with you I am however curious how you think his policies are abstract to silly to ghoulish? I know many disagree but being in the position my family is in right now his tax plan is amazing.
This is not exact but the Spring LAN dates will most likely be in February and April for our two main ones, and then the Dell ones will most likely be in either January and March, or March and May.

My place is open to a few people, no beds, one couch, and the rest is floor space. If you stay with me please realize that after the LAN I do go to a party and will be out till the early morning times. I would say I can hold 3 people comfortably in my main living room, one on the couch and two on the floor. Anyone else that can offer a place to stay? If you are staying with me bring a pillow and a blanket. First to claim a spot gets a spot.
