i tried, verizon says i didnt make a secret question to reset my pw and gave me that number to call, i tried to avoid calling them and tried other ways to reset it with no luck, so i eventually call and then my account is “missing” just 2 mins after they told me address and what kind of DSL i had. I dont know how they would have known that if they hadnt pulled up my account info
