Participanttrying to reset your verizon DSL account password is impossible no matter what you do, because once they have your account information, it all the sudden doesnt exist.
verizon = epic fail :grrr:

Participanti tried, verizon says i didnt make a secret question to reset my pw and gave me that number to call, i tried to avoid calling them and tried other ways to reset it with no luck, so i eventually call and then my account is “missing” just 2 mins after they told me address and what kind of DSL i had. I dont know how they would have known that if they hadnt pulled up my account info

Participanti dont have their net, but their phone service is the rox. Everyone i call is “in”. i’m on a 100minute plan which i never use b/c of “in”. verison prob hates me.

All it costs them to route calls internally in bandwidth so they don’t hate you for using their internal service. They would probably appreciate you more though if you used those minutes. Perhaps even went over from time to time.

Participantyeah they would love for you to send text messages to without a unlimited text plan.
send about 1000 pic messages too….they’ll love it
