If you guys decide to change the About section (I agree with Nickname’s post on this), can you maybe list the server IPs so we can copy and paste it into the server list on Steam? I know you can click on the banners and it’ll open a new window that shows the server stats, but is everyone gonna know to do that? It also adds an extra step. It’s not so bad, but I don’t see why we have to go to another page for each server just to get the ips when they could be listed on one page and be “copy-able,” which they aren’t in the banners.good idea ill consider it. However i like having the About Section. We are about games. I think the gaming servers belong there. Also maybe info about consoles. Or reorganize it so that it gives info about the lan events and some pictures and whatnot.

this is all based on my opinion that the adbar at the bottom looks funny
people are complaining about the adds already i dont know if thats a good idea. I will let someone else decide that one.

Yea, i know programming has bugs. I just want you guys to help with debugging so that I know you are looking for ideas with it. All the problems will be sorted out over time.

those sponsors pay for alot. Atleast they use to.
everyone makes mistakes. You have had some mistakes. But your intention is to always help the progress of the club.
I dont mind doing the changes to the links and everything, but i wont make another theme just for this site. However you guys are more than welcome to dice and slice something up and I will gladly put it as a theme used if the user is logged in or by selection of some sort.
I dont like the colors or the width, but it was what i was given and seems the same as their site.
I would say we are more of an organization these days than a school club.
We do not limit all our activities to students, but our goal is to get them to become students.
how did you expect us to operate? Our offices are where our computers are.
Ephraim I agree. But if you would please read this thread its the idea of finding something to replace them with. Not to simply say they don’t belong there.

I am looking for ideas to put there, and we can change it to say whatever we want.
Also the sponsors is just a rotating image, Dice is uploading the images and once done it will work as should.
This is great keep up the good work. Some advice. Try to negotiate sponsorship advertisement on our forums. We plan on implementing that sometime soon. Also tell them they are welcome to come to the lan event and speak about their product or business. It always good to say “we support local business” in an online world
I think you underestimate how many companies run their gaming servers off linux box’s. The gaming club use to run theirs on linux and App state’s linux group was integrated with their gaming club. It did very well for them. The club sounds like a great idea and if there is anything we can do to help let us know. If anything we need guys like you and the group that you hope to create for maintenance on the servers. Linux users know everything i have found.
Because we are not getting manly responses for things to fix i still say they are doing very well. Unless I am missing something. You guys do have the request a change chance.
