If you will combine all the map files in a folder for me, i will review the maps and test the play of them. One issue we have with adding new custom maps is spawnpoints for all of our 32 players.

thats what i was talking about. I know there is a way to play songs in game using its default media player.
however i do know that you can put them in your cstrike folder and play them to your self ingame, But who doesnt use itunes?
The band that plays and owns the song are really good friends of mine. The singer Daniel is a friend of mine for a very long time. I watched them preform the other night. I am currently working on their site, but until that gets up and our you can search for some of their songs on garageband.com just search for ‘Stronghold’ . They have a myspace also http://www.myspace.com/strongholdrocks so check them out and i will have their site up shortly and you guys can buy a cd.
Welcome to the University and soon to the gaming club. We review tha application and it is based on how much time you have spent on the server, you knowing the rules, and how responsable you are.
i ment expand spawn points, esentualy making the ‘buy zone’ aka the ‘spawn area’ to have a larger amount of people. given spawn points is the real main issue.

you really cant make the ‘buy zones’ bigger, its part of the map that the developer made. :-/Split can actually make the buy zones larger on some maps, depending on it fexablity. In the past i have removed the non popular maps and have added new ones.

Teams are good for ideas, but establishing teams for a lan is difficult and very unfair. I dont like stacked lans. They arnt that fun, and if we do teams, it would be like 2 Keith’s in UT2004 instead of just 1. Lastly if you would like to attend our meetings and provide support its fine by me. We can always use an extra hand /admin / help with issues. But you must be an Alumni from the university, because i just started this gaming club :-/
If you would like to have us host a Quake 3 server please attend the meeting and bring it up. We will have our next meeting after our break and will be posted on our news page. As for the quack 3 lan its up to the popular vote. Everything is held up by our general assembly meeting!
btw sorry about the Psychostats. I am getting really frustrated with them, but i will try to work the issue out soon.
I deleted alot of maps nobody wants to play on a pub, I am going to leave the autobuy rebuy issue to SPlit becaue he should have figured that issue out way before you even made the post to the need of it being fixed Here is a link to help you split http://djeyl.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=36135&hl=rebuy
also split will speak on the amx_votes when he gets in.
Also i diabled the spawn killing plugin, so there should be no more issues with that.
to help the process please make a zip archive of all the maps that you asked for me to put on. I would suggest taht you go to a Map pack website and download them using that way. DO NOT GRAB THEM OUT OF YOUR CS FOLDER it will not work, because you wil be missing .wad sounds and textru files. So go find all the maps you want and make one large zip folder and ill grab them from you on aim.
You may also want to consider using HLSW http://www.hlsw.org and adding the ip in it and pressing the connect button. It should send you directly into it
Personaly i have no idea how that game operates, but i would assume you could add that ip to your fav’s and then connect to it. I have seen 5 people at a time in it. UT is mostly a team based game from my knowledge, and we will will use that server for our next lan provided that we keep the box were currently on.
