Some people don’t spam at all, some people do what iWu did, and some people… are like sh@me. ::shudders::I was doing like one post a day when I started using the forums (months after registering), but it started to pick up sometime in late January. I didn’t have any intentions of getting admin when I started using the forums, so there are a couple of not so meaningful posts in there. I didn’t apply for admin until I reached 50 (I felt like no one was on when an admin was needed, so I decided to apply), but it took me like a couple months to do it, LOL.

The crazy stuff he does online includes things like signing up for random stuff online, risking getting *edited*loads of spam, as well as opening up emails from people he doesn’t know and letting his mouse hover over the suspicious attachment. One wrong move can ruin his machine. DAREDEVILISH STUFF, I TELL YOU.
Haha, I actually understood what loot said without reading the translation first. For some reason, I feel like extreme things are like extreme sports and the like. Crazy daredevilish stuff. Loot is the new Evel Knievel.

I think I saw sk on the rotation still, but I played without any problems. Thanks for putting piranesi in (although I <3 teh chateau, too).
No… pf dust2 is still on the rotation.
And while that is true and great that it goes to dust2, it’s *edited* that the map crashes at all.

I’ve brought this up a couple of times. I’m willing to try it, but like Bunny says, it has to be set so you don’t play a map that was one of the last x maps previously played (to avoid the d2/inferno/office thing Major mentioned).
Wow, everyone, he’s talking about the map crashing the server, not his map preferences.
It’s true that the server does crash sometimes when we play SK. Once goosey had to votemap to another map cuz it was lagging so bad (he said it’s what happens right before the server crashes). And I have seen knives floating around (and outside of spawn!). I’m assuming lag is to blame.
I don’t know if it does this all the time, but I wanted to say that I have seen instances when it lags and crashes.
I thought that after the defrag and stuff that pf dust2 was gonna be gone and piranesi would replace chateau? D:
Have you forgotten about the possibility that he could be using someone else’s computer or a lappy to post this?

I checked the admin app and I see that TF2 is now listed in the drop down menu along with CS, CSS, and CoD4. Is it still necessary to create a thread in the TF2 forum or can we just apply using the admin app?
I didn’t see this thread until now and I actually got the invite on Steam yesterday. I signed in 20 minutes after the event started. I saw Dice sitting in the server — he was there for four hours, haha. I joined and waited for a few minutes, but no one joined. :[

It’s not that you’re spamming with nonsense or anything. You bumped a few old threads and some posts are not exactly meaningful, e.g. “good job”, “impressive”, “hilarious”, “very nice”, etc. Also, if you view your post history, you’ll notice that some of these are posted within like two minutes of each other. So again, it’s not like you’re posting nonsense, but you’re giving the impression that you’re posting just to get your posts up to qualify for admin.
mobo does mean motherboard. Have you even been playing, lockem? What name are you using? I haven’t seen you in forever (unless you’re under another name).

I think Bunny’s point was that the player was only spec’d for two minutes because Briefs wanted to play. I won’t do anything right away cuz I want to spec them and make sure I’m banning someone who’s guilty, but I feel what Bunny is saying is a little different.
