Keep in mind the requirements are going to be updated when I get a chance tonight. None of the activity part changes and the CLs will be getting the ability to waive certain requirements under certain conditions.

As cheap as Foxconn is I’ve really never heard of any serious issues with them. Just be aware you are paying for a stripped down board and that’s exactly what you get. Performance should be decent for the money.
I would go with the Intel though. Paying a little more gives you a lot more brand reliability.
Also, go back and look at some we’ve had in the past. You don’t have to make your own, some of them are still VERY compliant with what we’re doing now.

Again, why are you using a freeware paint derivative when a professional-grade Microsoft program designed specifically to make fliers and advertisements is available to you? Seriously, you can tell they weren’t made in a professional program.
We get 200 fliers for the LAN events. Maybe you could have it advertise both the event and the website but when Keith gives us fliers as part of a LAN event package they NEED to advertise the event.
Btw, why do the club advertisements not mention or showcase PCs at all? That seems like a console oriented flier.
The XFX brand is much better than Gigabyte but when you buy from Tigerdirect you have no idea what they’re actually going to ship you.
Look up that motherboard on the XFX website and make sure, according to manufacturer specs, that it has what you want. The last motherboard I ordered from Tiger didn’t come with features Tiger said it did and their solution was to ship the board back, charge me a restocking fee, and then send me the right board.

If you’re not already in a college you’re probably not going to get in one, especially out of state. Unless you’re talking about Fall 2010 in which case you’d be better off finding one in state.

My ATI x600 mobile can play it decent on low. Are you sure it’s not something else?
Try uninstalling ALL video drivers and reinstalling the ATI drivers with the newest package from their website.

Due to previous personal experience with “IP squatting” I would be extremely cautious about doing this.
