I wasn’t ganging up on anyone and my post was directed at everyone who is continuously harping this and every other topic into the ground.
Constructive criticism is appreciated and encourged. Constant beating and kicking of a horse that appears for all intents and purposes to be dead from the foul stench arising from its heavily decayed body is pointless.
If there is a problem, post about it, constant harping doesn’t get anything done except cause people’s tempers to flare.
I wont be there. I can’t justify 2.5 hours on the road on a night I have school. If everyone wants to conference me in I’ll be happy to do that.

He has done this same thing in the server for the past 3-5 nights. And not only does he block, but he blocks major routes that pretty much funnels the whole team into the remaining areas which means easy pickings for the other team, and in some maps there may only be 2 ways out of spawn. And on top of that he is no help to the team and you can see in the demo’s he mostly just bothered the other players or camped.
Anyhow, it’s not a HUGE deal, I just figure its probably best for him to be taken care of so the community of people who really enjoy playing on the server (me included) do not get bitter.
The next time it occurs and there isn’t an Admin on, please hop on IRC. http://www.wcugaming.org/irc.php and grab someone. There’s almost always an Admin on there who’s available and this way we can pop in when the problem is happening and take a look.

Wrong.
To be considered for an Admin you have to apply and then have a vouch from an existing admin and an executive.
Chris — your always around and active and seem pretty laid back and fair from what I can tell go apply and see what happens.

I dislike people sitting in spawn and shooting out the doors. One person does it, then two, then 3/4 of the team.

Basically i play 1.6 alot more than the avg person but i like playing scrimages and matches…. i think it would be an awesome idea to create a team to represent WCU and practice and play together and have a private server for scrims and matches. post any comments or any more ideas towards this end !jdag, you may also want to join the pub server and advertise this. A lot of the ‘regs’ dont visit the forums very often and if you pique their interest with something of this nature they may show up.

HPK does it for 1 minute to keep people from auto-reconnecting. Run CS in a window or stop alt+tabbing out.
