    I know there may be nothing about high schools in the constitution, but where are you going to find a larger group of prospective WCU students? We need to find a way to target these individuals and get their interest.

    This was a source issue, and we do not have PTB in source. It wasn’t what you would think it was. It got so bad that it was making everyone in the server miserable and people would start dropping like flies when it was at its worst.
