Oh and guys, if I forget to mention something at the meeting, try no to bust my chops about it, I’ve got a lot on my plate right now and I’m trying my best, so just remind me. Its not that I dont care about what everyone has to say, its just alot to remember. So if you have anything you want me to bring up at the meeting, get there early, write it down, and let me know what you want to say.

This should be one interesting meeting lol. I am expecting a pretty high turnout but I dont know. Hey a guy can hope!
We can definitly try the casual LANs but before we dive into it, why not try a survey to see who is interested? Because, not to be *edited* or anything but my Saturday mini-LANs are pretty much the same exact thing as you guys are proposing and its free. But I am willing to give this a shot IF you guys can show that it has support outside of a few members of the club. I say this because, the way the school’s budget is going, we are probably going to have to buy our own pizza for the competitive LANs.
Either way, we will bring this up at the meeting regardless because it is a good idea. We could use some extra funds.
Someone told me they were having one early september. I may be wrong about the date Ill ask him again tomorrow.
Everybody, dont forget to tell your friends about the fourms so they will know about the meeting. I’m gonna try to hang o some fliers about the meeting in the freshman dorms either tomorrow or Wednesday (probably Wednesday) to try to draw them to the club. If anyone is willing to help, let me know.
Also, I forgot to mention that if you are going to be running for a position you nned to post here what position your running for (ESPECIALLY if it isPC VP).
Ok everyone, sorry it took me so long to get back to all of you but I think I have the LAN dates down. We can have the first one October 10 and the second one December 12th. Now remember December 12th is right before exams but we did have a good turnout last time this happened. The only reason that I believe we shouldnt have one in September is because it just seems to soon to me.
If any of you like this or have a better idea, let me know by posting. Otherwise, the next time you hear about this will be next Thursday (September 4th).

The game may be short the first time you play through it but you have to look at replay value. With all of the choices you have to make in this game, it could drastically alter the story, giving the game more replay value. And honestly, I believe this is the way it will be, it will not take more than 10 hours to beat the first time through but the choices you make throughout the story will alter the storyline each time, in turn making people want to see the different endings.
Ill tell ya something I really like about this game. If you screw up and one of your characters die, they are dead for good and are not coming back. And I know thee death of a main character in the storyline will alter it. I cant wait for this game personally.
Mitch you took what I said out of context, I meant that all PS3s can play PS1 games, so I was sort of wrong. They are backwards compatible to a certain extent.

I highly doubt it but Im going to double check tomorrow. Even if we do Im not going to be able to make it because Im in Raleigh until Saturday which means I wont get back to Culowhee until it is over anyway (I wish they would have held it the week after classes started). But if we do not have a table there, sorry guys and gals, I tried. And if not I will follow through with one of the two other plans.
This is definitely a train wreck waiting to happen. Im gonna go see it though so I can laugh my *edited* off and crack “this would be a better movie if it were a porno” jokes lol. And maybe if its based on the Sayian Saga, Ill crack some Vin Diesel jokes when Nappa shows up.

October 17th won’t work. The grandroom is already reserved until 1pm and it’s homecoming on top of that. The 24th is already reserved by family weekend but the 10th is completely open.December 5th won’t work, it’s already reserved for the madrigal dinner. The weekend before that is Thanksgiving break but you can go with December 12th. I know it’s the weekend before exams but it’s the only thing still open in that time of the school year unless we do it before the Thanksgiving break.
Thanks for the heads up Mitch, I had a feeling youd know this. I lost that link you sent me because of a hard drive malfunction so if you could send it to me again, that would be great (I had it copied in word and that was all).
