its silly to ban someone for spamming .. they might be cool people that don’t know the rules.
well we should not advertise it even if you choose too. Ross and I are cool and all but he is a really cool guy, I just do not want him to think we were poking fun at him. I know that sound contradicting considering what I did, but he was the person who called me out.
i dont think anyone knows for sure, or atleast until we can get access to it. Someone has it hostage. The counter strike people will need to rescue it.
Is this WCU Gaming Club Related or is this something you guys are going to deal with on your own? Just curious no need to get defensive.
Ok, if you guys haven’t noticed we do not have many people who are in politics that aren’t persuasive and greedy. You can’t justify being friendly with any of these people. I mean they all speak with that tone to people as if they do not understand what is going on. They all remind me of teachers without a disruptive classroom. I am talking about proper, hard to understand, and rude teachers. I am trying to explain the stereotype. WCU doesn’t have many professors like this and which is why we all love the university.
MRS. Palin has had her hands into a-lot and I am sure she is not 100% legit, but she is American and presentable. I voted for her because I can relate (more) to her than the other party.
Having that said. Who should we be looking at.
Well given the entire turn on the economy and the reasons that our current president was elected; we should have had a real hero run for the office. I don’t think too many people would disagree with me. I would support Colin Powell; a real world hero with good foreign policy.
Change is coming for sure. HA! ~~ negative change is not the absence of change. At least he got something right.
i am fine with people using it, but i am not ok with it being set to the default. However it needs to be branded as WCU not HS

I talked to Kaz-Ka and everything was just a big misunderstanding. The underlying issue was the concern of some of the club members and executives that live at the university wanting to help out with the club and felt that it wasn’t an option. All of the alumni do have some power, but alot of us do not use the powers we have and those who do use it in under the titles we hold (Mitch and I). However Mitch (Master P) and I would love to train someone for our positions to help move the club forward. The fact is training them will take time that we haven’t had access to in the past few months.
As of now if anyone would like training from any position that you feel you may want to hold in the future please contact me and I will get you started on that path. If for some reason I do not feel that you can deliver the tasks at hand after our month or so of training I will advise you elsewhere. Sometimes it is not personal, its technical and all of us have years of dedication and work that we really do not want to see go to waste on an accident, so we get nervous sometimes about who is doing what. Which is why we will always have the powers to see what is happening.
Anyway we are not ever never never never going to remove an alumni permissions unless they are considered a danger to harming a relationship, a sponsorship, or anything we have built. Having that said i challenge anyone to show proof of misdoing on us. If you ever have a problem with an alumni let me handle it. I know them all on a personal level.
As of now this topic is closed and should not be open to discussion to the general public. If you have a problem with an exec call Kaz-Ka. Alumni call me and if I don’t handle it first then call Kaz-ka.

On a short note, Please do not change the meeting. This is a meeting concerning the work of the Alumni and the club. I need you to call me directly when you get off of class and take a breath. I am sure we can fix all of this.
I think there are some things that need to be brought to your attention about some current members we have and how much value their opinion actually hold. If my assumptions are right then it wont take more than 10 mins.
we really just need to talk. Nobody has really admitted to an “Issue” its all about applying a fix for something that we really dont understand. Which is why Kaz-ka and I should talk .. we need to address the issue not change rules. Just let this thread sit for a second.

I always wait till these sorts of posts get to the boiling point before i post. However this one is at a simmer and i would really like to keep it that way. I will have to say something. MasterP and I rarely agree on anything, but we work together for the common goal of the club. Some of the current execs LIKE the past exec’s GXTI, Kuros and others that were on the exec team thought it would be a good idea to remove access from the alumni accounts because they thought 3 things
1. They could do our job
2. They needed to control the club for reasons of personal gain
3. They like you chose to hide behind some stupid rule that the university has.
1. You can’t do our job and the people that thought they could do our job have left the club and dont even want a part of doing our job. The people who have always done their job are still here even after dirty water. NoDice, MasterP, Nickname, Liam, Split(well he does work sometimes and we love him), and some i am missing.
2. I think its a difference in opinions about what is going on with the club but someone is definitely trying to push someone out to gain something. It always shows up later when they fail. And with all us staring at you when this is done you will not be able to get a job in the industry by stabbing the very people who are going to hire and back you to get a job.
3. Yea they tried to hide behind the IT dept saying we didn’t have privileges. The sad news for you guys is (if you were trying to get rid of me is) I have signed contracts between WCU and I for administration of servers for your Maintenance Department and have become a trusted consultant with many of WCU’s professors, it departments, and the main funding for this club.
I don’t know what to think and who is the target from this thread but Kaz-Ka if you still want all the help you give us you need to pick up the phone and call me TODAY! This is not something we should be doing early in the year after elections and i would really like to discuss this decision with you personally to see if it can be resolved soon.
