To be honest, now that I think about it, this rule really isnt enforceable with taking away from the server population in the long run.

that initial spam needs to be done with. if the winning team wins with most of its players having rifles, it makes spamming and kill the losing team alot easier and make its really imbalenced
no. definitely not. this is like saying banning the awp on dust2. does not make sense at all. fy_snow is a spam/aim map… if u dont know the spams or get spammed figure it out and grow a pair

There’s really nothing to figure out spam wise in snow, you just point at a wall and hold down fire. The whole growing a pair comment implies that you think people are scared of spamming. No, its just god awfully annoying, especially when you spawn and try to get a weapon and end up with 10 hp without seeing anyone.

I dont plan on enforcing it or making my admins enforce it
I just looked through the plugin list and didn’t see any.
There’s a spawnzone protection plugin for friendlyfire only that we could recode for enemy fire as well.

The question is “should we prohibit spamming on snow,” not “are we allowed to ban spammers.”

Well, Spamming the outer areas are important,
But Taking one right to the face as you are turning to pick up the whatever ‘oh that’s shiny’
Hurt’s……beacuse the other side still has their weapons from last round……and a grenade….
I feel you don’t have to ban’em, A warn and a slap on the wrist here and there.
But it does also give better chances to Beginners To “shop”
We have had a HUGE load of Much much new Players coming in the servers

spamming is not illegal and shall never be. Spawn killing is illegal and should always be considered against the rules.

Bam! I remember last year when the server would always be full. There would be a large mass of us sitting and spamming the middle pillars. I find it HILARIOUS!
