I was going to post this, I have the beta version and I’ve been playing it. It even plays the level music in the background. It’s pretty kickass. Just google it to find it.
That’s usually a latency error on the user side. Are you using any p2p while you are trying to play CS? I haven’t had any problems in the 1.6 server.
No dizzle, I bought the 2006 Holiday Source Pack, look it up on steam, it’s 40 bucks but you get a *edited* ton of games.
Nah it was okay. Originally the game was designed to work around it cause that’s all people had. There weren’t as many things like amx mod that taxed the server as hard. Every once in a while someone with a nice cable connection would come on but even then, they still had like 80-90 ping. You have to think that v92 wasn’t out, 512k cable was the BOMB and 768k was for rich people.
All you people that have only been playing a couple of years make me sick. Back in the TFC days we all played with over 200 ping on DIAL UP because broadband was BRAND NEW and EXPENSIVE!!!! I bet none of you *edited*es ever played a hl mod on dial up.
I was on yesterday afternoon playing with about 16 people. My ping averages about 20. It’s not a ping issue on the client side, it’s the server.

It’s all in the constitution, but in a nutshell the council leader keeps the server running happy and populated and makes tournament brackets for the lan. Then they report to the executive council on the current status of their respective server/consoles.
I wouldn’t worry about it for now. The Facebook page needs to be revamped. Adam and I started a little work on it this morning.
