New Business:
Topic of discussion: Location of the next LAN
Three locations were nominated: UC Grandroom, Multipurpose Room, and the Auxiliary Gym.
-The Grandroom was nominated for it’s obvious capacity. The major drawback of the Grandroom is the lack of projectors for the console gamers.
-The Multipurpose Room was nominated because we used it for the previous LAN and we know the basic setup. The major drawback being we know the setup and there is no room for expansion.
-The Auxiliary Gym was nominated because of its size and the possibility of not needing to rent a power management device. The drawbacks of the Auxiliary Gym are the poor location and probable networking issues.
