[3] admins consider themselves higher on the “food chain”. they think that they can gag you or kick you or ban you and you won’t say anything because of fear. well i don’t let them. i rebel. thats who i am. be it 5 minutes ago, 5 days ago, or 5 months ago. if i wasn’t given the right to defend myself i’ll do it whenever i get a chance.
mmkay, let me comment once, it is all you’ll hear from me unless you give me reason to personally throw down with you… (forgive the hostility, it comes out in certain conditions)
First off, there’s a TON of communities around. and at that a TON of GAMING communities. Almost every community you will come across has some standard of behavior, and some common ideology. Any such community will defend its standard of behavior and common ideology if need be from people that sharply contrast with it. In the past you showed such strong behavior as to strongly clash with ours [1], and so we simply showed you the door. You keep coming back, maybe because you like us, maybe not. But if you want to join up to our community, you’re going to have to conform at least some to our standards of behavior and our ideology. If you don’t want to [2], go find another club. We won’t ask you to tend to anyone, we won’t ask you to be the slave of anyone. If you feel like we are asking this of you, then go ahead and step out now and find another community. I only speak to my admins, because that is the limit of my scope of governance, but I do have good faith in the other admins you will encounter: they will not take admin actions on anyone just because they feel like it or just because they can [3]. They are to only do so when someone is making the community less welcoming, and/or whenever someone is openly breaking rules. If they’re still acting against anyone, then that person can be certain that they have themselves been wrong. It appears you are familiar with that side of things, but perhaps not aware of it in that sense.
Now, second… you certainly are no diplomat. Generally with any degree of pardon, the one who was pardoned should show some sort of gratitude. Or at least some sort of a motivation to make changes in what it was that earned them the punishment in the first place… Here’s a lesson that will go far with you in life: learn the value of the word “thanks” and try to incorporate that into your vocabulary. I wouldn’t be all over your case right now if you came back modestly, but you seem to be back and attempting a coup. Show us that you aren’t coming back into our community all gung-ho about continuing all that you’ve done in the past, and I’ll respect that.

alright, i’ll list a few of these maps and when i’m on on a full server pop, i’ll tell people that i want ’em to check out the maps (one at a time, not all in a row) and then vote keep/kick
This was freakin awesome. I like it so much I’m gonna deck out some maps to accommodate all the non-juggernauts so we don’t has combo-spawns
alas, I misspoke… FF will still be off, and it ain’t exactly deathmatch, more like team deathmatch… Highest score counts, I still forget how cs:s tallies it up, but I believe the objectives are pretty much just unnecessary distractions, kills are what matters
at least with the setup described when i talked to him, about the (previously) “Cat’s Den side” you’d be terribly pressed for space if you did a pc lan… I would estimate it’s capacity to be roughly equivalent to say one section of a divided multi-purpose room, and that LAN was tight.
eh, eyeball it and see what you think. to me back when we talked to the guy, we were visualizing maybe from where the cat’s den windows start to the wall with the racing game.

As far as the LANs, I went to a meeting with a head of the Cat’s Den. we can only get the “Cat’s Den” section of it, not the Aramark section. this would only stretch from the door to the racing game, maybe, it’s not all that sizeable. It could likely house a console-only LAN if you want to look into that.

just asking a dumb question, i run the nvidia drivers from the nvidia website and have a geforce 6800 gt pci-express, and in the Nvidia control panel if you use advanced settings I see a vsync option, or if you want to get fancy the custom resolutions have settings that you can tune the vsync manually…
does that have any use for you?
