Actually, what would be interesting to see is a vote to skip ahead into the rotation after a few minutes of playing a map.
For example, as we all know, militia is the stack of the century map and most don’t like playing it for that reason.
Well after playing for 10 or 15 minutes players would be able to “rockthevote” which would enable them to skip to the next map in the rotation if 3/4 of the server agreed ( 50 % is just too small a percentage for me). This would allow us a few circumstances:
1. Every map would still be played, even if for a limited time
2. Unliked maps would be cycled more frequently
3. Admins would not have to risk getting in trouble for changing the map when most of the population wants a map change, but our admin rules prevent us from doing so
4. Our players have the potential to enjoy the server more.
5. It would show that central administration is flexible and actually wants to improve the players experience while following specific guild lines to maximize diversity (amongst maps). This definitely has the possibility to positively reflect on how the school is viewed by potential students.

However, if your ever discovered doing this your neighbor could press charges and you would be had on multiple charges considering your are illegally amplifying their signal thereby exposing them to more threats and other snoopers, stealing their bandwidth and potentially creating networking issues for them. Be forewarned, its usually cheaper to get DSL than to pay for normal phone line + dial up. (This is because if you or your parents make alot of calls, especially outside of state, all long-distance calls within the continental US are considered local so money they would have spent making calls instead goes to the broadband connection)

Now seriously, why am I going to believe someone who plays an outdated and dieing game and has barely a 1.3 K:D with a little over a ~40% HS ratio. Now keep in mind that yes it is a pub, but we’re not talking about pub versus scrim here, we’re talking Source versus 1.6. Now DS, the last time I played in our school’s lan for 1.6 I won, but I play Source primarily. Please do go on about how Source is easy, etc, but yet when I look at our server stats the Source server has a ~40% HS ratio. Now, if PsychoStats actually allowed me to look at the overall percentage of headshots for 1.6, it would be higher. Now also if you look at a Source player’s stats the percentage of hits would be generally more to the chest area, seeing how a person normally hits the chest. Now if you look at 1.6’s stats for anybody, lets say you, you’ll notice that the percentage of hits goes to either the left or right arm, with some going to the head. Now, tell me DS, why is that? Could is possibly be because Source’s hitboxes are better proportioned to a person’s body than 1.6’s? Could it possibly be that the left or right arm isn’t the size of a body? Le’gasp!
The reason why most 1.6 players don’t play Source? They can’t adjust. They aren’t able to not depend on walling somebody, they’re not able to depend on sound that triggers from an event, they’re not able to handle the physics engine that actually works based on “reality” in not allowing a person to throw a grenade across a football field and then cause 60 damage to everyone in a 50 yard radius, AND they’re not able to adjust to smaller hitboxes and thus kill people more effectively.
Please DS, before you try and start any *edited*, make sure you wear your flame retarded gear and please please please get better at the game you’re calling easy, because you’re absolutely *edited*ty at it.
You talk alot about believing me, but you don’t have to. I mean why should I believe you with a 1.6 KD ratio that is only .3 up on me? I won’t go into the fact that about 48 ( almost 50, not slightly above 40 as you put it) percent of my shots are hs’ as opposed to your whopping 24%. Your right though, the huge left arm creates an interesting challenge in 1.6. Perhaps if you aimed for the head, rather than the upper chest ( as you apparently like to do) this would be remedied. But, instead of telling me to improve, you, doctor, should follow your own advice and get better at the game you choose to play.
It figures, although I don’t know how much considering you came on and asked me to borrow my steam account. I didnt give it out to you. good thing!

Erm — I would like to apologize for this it wasn’t me persay. It was my little brother and as of my viewing this I have since removed his ability to log onto my account.
I believe all my admin using is strickly to mute/kick/ban appropriately when a person is breaking the rules and i have a tendancy to even attach a specific reason.
My delay on this post was furthermore not intentional, I have just not been at home much ( summer you know) anyways, once again my apologies for this blatant misuse.
CSS is rediculously easy. You wanna improve play 1.6. I went into CSS and i tore it up many many times. Ive got a 63% hs ratio last time i checked session
You know, I have the same problem enforcing the no racism/sexual discrim. rule. I notice im the only jerkoff who actually sits there and gags ppl for it and other admins let it slide. I mean it has gotten so ridiculous I have been forced to moderate my gagging! Now I don’t do it when they use it in general but only when it’s meant as an insult bcz ppl whine about it. Not just population, admins.
So let me point one thing out very clearly, and this next part below should be included in the application:
We don’t care what your preferences are when it comes to how you speak to your friends at home. However, when you represent a body of intellectual learning, in this case being an in-game administrator for WCU, you are required to enforce the rules regardless of your choice.

My greatest moment was on dust 2.
I went afk for a few seconds, come back and most of my team was erradicated. I quickly bought the awp and my last teammate died and only took out 1 ct. (14ct v 15t) So I tried to go long blasted 2 decided that wouldn’t be a good idea, went back through spawn to b and popped 2 more. Jumped down onto crate missed one in the hall, whipped out the usp popped him in the face. Ran into B popped the one in the window, turned the one behind me in hall. Planted… the one in mid! And then I died to someone. All in all I took out 11 ppl at close range with the awp and still won the round due to bomb. Yah, i am the greatest.
Yah actually the restart helped. I notice if there are under 20 ppl in game, SK works just fine. Over 20 ppl and it’s a toss up as to whether it will crash or not. I guess it has to do more with the spawn points than anything else, although this is just a guess.

Guys, seriously, its time to take out Scoutzknivez. It consistently crashed the server. Please take it out.
