seriously y’all, this isn’t your GPA, stats to my knowledge are merely trivial bragging rights on this server, so be more serious about having fun and let ‘kdeath’ do the talking for experience and skill.

server points are definitely more important than GPA….. you don’t have to tell anyone your GPA.. and I can always go back to working at Rent-A-Center

but on a more serious note… I’ve never seen a points system that really truly judges skill…. and you also have to remember that the whole system is fallible because it’s based on the skill WHILE PLAYING IN A PUB.. so you get your pub stars and if you consider it that way the people that play the most should have somewhat of an advantage but I think most stats systems give them too much-
one thing to fix… I think that it should be impossible for someone to lose 100 points in one map… that’s just wrong… maybe focus less on losing points and more on gaining points.. bah I could speculate here forever but I don’t think anyone can come up with a perfect stats system

yeah i miss being around too and I miss everyone
I got a job though.. I’m working with Shakespeare in the Research and Development for Military Antennas .. I lucked up and got an internship for the summer. Some of you may know Shakespeare as a developer of fishing line, rods, and reels… it’s kinda weird that they’re antenna r & d be based in Columbia, SC.
I’m also taking a class at a nearby tech school over the summer.
Currently running at the blazing speed of 26.4Kbps .. yall don’t know my pain… most of you haven’t seen internet this slow in over ten years seeing as how 56K has been standard for dialup for at least that long.. I think it’s either my phone company regulating data speeds somehow or the extreme distance in phone line from my isp.. w/e
i’m gonna try to get a new comp in august so i can come to the lan in the fall.. i wanna meet all u *edited*ers..
and don’t worry.. i’ll bring sexy back

NYC/FF Fraggin Fiber has FF on and it is fun to play on (normally packed too)… however it would not be good for this server..

I’ll miss all teh admans (especially #5) and all my xto peeps.. I’m sure we’ll do great this season .. we certainly have enough players now.. and lecarl and my roommate ballz… and the pig guys… and menace (i still say he doesn’t hack)… and that nub guy too
I’ll try to get back as soon as I can.. right now the only way is if I take summer classes at Clemson.. and I don’t know that I wanna spend the money this summer to do that.. it depends on if it will help me graduate earlier.. starting my 5th year now… kinda want to just get the heck out of here.
But yah, it’s pretty much asta la vista until August.. the month of Lemm and his birfday.. he will be 23.. and maybe he’ll stop talking about himself in 3rd person (I doubt he Will)

I had the same problem, and it IS your graphics card. Just Unplug it- and plug it back in,a nd see what happens.. And also.. It could be you running to many programs while using CSSDelete your cache. Download “CCleaner” It’s great, google it, its free
i actually did take it out and blew the whole thing out with that compressed air of duster or w/e .. i had to pick a lot of *edited* out of the fan..

the thing i really don’t understand is that it has been running fine with all this dust and crap in it for so long and all the sudden when i clean everything out it still can’t take it.. I think something in my hardware has got to be *edited*ed up.. I’m not exactly sure what but if i had to guess i’d have to say it’s either the psu or the gpu cus my gpu shouldn’t be running that hot ever… and the power supply fan needs to be replaced cus it rattles/ cuts off every now and then
Update:
so I was just blowing / picking dust out of the box.. and then I went to walmart and bought some of that duster spray (compressed air).. i blew out everything again with that and I took apart my power supply and blew that out.. I put everything back together.. i have both sides of the case off right now.. (really only one would help because of the panel holding the motherboard)
while playing css now I don’t get the horizontal lines that pop up and the computer doesn’t crash, however.. it does freeze up on one image and then play the same second of sound over and over again and then it finally unfreezes and then does it again..
when i first start it up it doesn’t do this and later it will do it at least 3 times every frickin’ round and makes it unbearable

i did download the latest driver and after i restarted my computer everything would work and then about the time that the nvidia control panel would load the computer would just crash and go to a black screen… so i restarted in safe mode and did a system restore to before i installed the new drivers and now the computer at least works
i haven’t tried getting a small fan and pointing it in the case… i’m getting desperate and i think that might be my next option… i can tell it helped a lot blowing all the *edited* out though it just still isn’t enough
EDIT:
also i had found out that the fan speed on my gpu was set to like 53%.. i changed it to 100% before i blew everything out and loaded that new driver; however i just realized when i did the system restore.. i lost that setting.. so i just changed taht and hopefully that will help some more now

nevertheless.. there is no way to stop people from quickswitching … any mod you would made would not be effective because it would end up messing up the rest of the guns
besides… I don’t even use it because it reloads faster.. and it may do it but it’s not that much of an advantage.. the only reason i do it is because I would have to click my mouse 2 times just to get out of zoom cus i only zoom once…

quickswitching has been out for forever and is an important skill when awping or scouting and would really mess up anyone who is used to doing it.. which is EVERYONE.. you can’t be good at awping or scouting without it.. it is an inherit part of the game..

yah it has nothing to do with an error in the game.. the game designers weren’t expecting liam to be leet and make such a cool team balancer as he did so they obviously didn’t prepare for it..
