also it looks like the tf2 server is currently down
if it’s one server that has custom models for adman.. can i post them on here and get them whitelisted?
I get tired of deleting them everytime I go from one server to another
(note: this is prolly a dumb question but just making sure this is what liam talked about)
i’ma stop auto-assigning on aztec… i think i’m just messing myself over.. hopefully the auto-assign feature will be forced in the future

Well along with the auto-balancer… which can be on when the admans are not…
I have come to the realization (thanks to Liam and other leet admans) that the admans themselves need to exercise balance as well. The combination of the two would beat any computer algorithm.
So basically, it is my understanding that admins are encouraged to help balance the server.
I’m excited about nov 8th.. i wanna go to that one.. hopefully i have no stupid conflicts.. girlfriend will have to listen.. i doubt she’ll want to come..

I am in favor of the forced auto-assign as well. A lot of the “good” players do stack sides on this server all the time. The only time I ever pick a side is when my roommates ballz or beast are on the server and I want to play with them.
Also.. sometimes when I’m auto-assigned to T i like to change my skin away from that crappy albino arctic warfare one that sticks out in every map…. It’d be nice if we could somehow get the auto-balance to set the skin to anything else.

as a member of rQ and an admin i don’t care either way…
however… clans should apply for such treatment just like admins wanting to join the community
conditions of getting a link:
1. have a certain number of members that frequent the server
2. have members active in forums as well
3. be approved by admin vote or an executive wcu gaming club member
other requirements:
1. Sites that WCU links to should be clean of porn / shock imagery etc
2. Sites should link back to WCU on their main page
If the team has a site and is willing to go through all this then I don’t see why not

yeah I’ve never heard of any rule or ever seen any of the admins in wcu do anything about decoy sprays.. and I agree with that.. although I’d never be *edited* enough to actually spray one myself

my problem is some of the servers i visit make me download these stupid models.. but they also have custom maps… is there any way to turn off downloading of custom models and *edited* but still keep the maps
well after coming back from not playing for a while yeah one fooled me.. but I can’t remember it happening after i’ve been used to seeing them
drunk as *edited* lemm made an appearance last night briefly… i had a party over here so they pulled me away but i was here!
as the original drunk css master.. i have to say there will soon be a genuine drunk css night… possibly this weekend
also.. when I run the computer on battery power high performance it gives me the full thing and i was getting over 100 fps on source earlier…

I went into the BIOS and here is what it said about the clock speed:
Current Speed: 1.2 GHz
Minimum Speed: 1.6 GHz
Maximum Speed: 2.4 GHz
I’m thinking it’s all the power supply.. tomorrow I’m going to call up dell and talk to some kind of rep.

EDIT: also lemm is not an idiot.. i reduced everything down low the day i got it and to 1024 X 768.. i also reduced the dx level from 9.0 to 8.1.. that gave me a slight increase in fps

hmm.. looks like lemm is going to suck from now on… maybe when i get some money i’ll spend like 200 dollars and get a new psu and vid card for my old box… that’s a lot of money just to play css though
well i’m not expecting the world.. but i expected it to run better than my old laptop that was 5 years old and it can’t even do that…

anyways.. when i started it up it asked my why i didn’t connect the 90 w psu that came with it.. but it only came with the 65 w psu???
also it has lots of dell programs on there for the hot keys and etc
the gfx is a nvidia quadro nvs 160M with 256mb on the card… it’s no high end card by any means.. but seriously
i get 40 FPS at the most
I seriously think I’m about to install xp over it…
