Those questions are there mainly so we can track power issues. We aren’t going to have any until we get a bit bigger, though, so it doesn’t matter. Thanks for asking, though!
Gentoo is not a user-friendly distro. The first time is always a major learning experience, as no-one ever gets everything right the first time.
I wasn’t saying we aren’t gonna give out prizes, just that it’s too late for this time. But yeah, the realgamers will come out just for the fun.
OK, if this is too much for you, just play the game. You don’t have to have responsibilities, you know.
If you could arrange it amongst yourselves that would be fine, but it won’t be officially backed and there will be no prizes. It’s too late to add a new tournament.

We should try to distance ourselves from older versions of games when new ones are popular as well. This is especially true for games based on the goldsource (HL1) engine – it’s buggy as hell.
Gentoo is only fun if you enjoy constantly breaking your system and learning how to fix it. It’s good for learning how the guts of a linux system work, i guess.
