Well Mitch, dont assume the commuters lounge group helped plan this, Freezer if I am not mistaken is the one who pitched this meeting date. And its like they say, you know what happens when you assume things lol.

If anyone remembers we tried this a couple years ago and it SUCKED it was not nearly as fun as going in with a buddy or even FFA for that matter. you will also screw people over by assigning them a random team member that leaves or goes to play another game and then the whole team is DQ’d or at a handycap.

I completely forgot I posted this on here. Yea it is built and looks awesome….. its a really cool paperweight at the moment. thanks for all the advice and yea with the keyboard I forgot to clear up my shorthand. I’m going to probably get the cheapest keyboard I can find and then drop 30 or so on one after Christmas.
well if it is played (I hope it is). you might want to make the finals different from the previous rounds because that is what most people expect and if you aren’t standing right there things end up getting messed up.
i hope we keep this game in it will probably be the only thing i play at the next one.

just to get this thread back on track basically I wanted suggestions from the console players what they expect from the next vp whomever that turns out to be. John and Brenton (if they both run), and who ever else runs should know what everyone wants before they run so they can be sure they do the best job possible.
19 credit hours, 2 chem labs, scc job, and getting severely burnt out on console FPS’s. but mostly the first three. Im just not going to have the time I need to do it right.

yea my roommate has built 7 or 8 from scratch and taken apart, fixed, and put back together 40+ so were going to work on it towards the end of july and probably finish it just before school starts.

yea the lan was great and overall was much more organized than last time due to the council leaders and everyone else who stepped up to help, especially exile and omen with the halo tournament. this was an awsome last lan as an exec and console player.

How big is the hard drive on the xbox. If possible i would like to trade up on memory and pay the difference.
really major I hope you are joking around(which you probably are) but in reality a large portion of the time he spends “not on the forums” is devoted to gaining resources for the club and battling to get what we want and need.

We will be using the MLG 6 Team Slayer gametype and maps
For all Rounds leading up to Finals
First team to 25 kills wins with a time limit of 15 minutes a map.
It will be best 2 out of 3maps
Finals
First team to 50 kills with a time limit of 15 per map
best 3 of 5 maps
First map will be agreed upon by both teams and loser picks next map. No map my be used twice in the same match.

The player traits may be slightly different than the download but were coppied straight from the Bungie/MLG site. They are listed below for accuracy. At the Lan a game type called MLG TS v6 WCU will be used and available from my box. It is exactly to MLG standards.
