I’m the type of person that when a game has any lower than 60 fps, I get another/a new video card.
Just be lucky we’re using Invision Power Board as opposed to alternatives, bug filled, hacker magnets like vBulletin or PHPBB.
It wouldn’t have been a virus, like was said earlier, its just spam.
Adam, is the forum running 2.3.6? If not, it really should be. If it is, that is the very latest security update, and last, until Invision 3.0 comes out next month.

Seriously, though, its not hard to set a “Sender” email using programs such as thunderbird.
I could send you an email from “thunderkatz@cnn.com” if I wanted.

Those features aren’t built in, HOWEVER, there are mods that can extend it to do that.
And having your own website is fun.

That’s just it. There’s nothing really to use in there besides the friends and message system. Most of it is dynamic.
Think of it as turning a profile page that shows just a small portion about you to a profile portal that shows EVERYTHING.

To be fair, its kind of hard to hear radio spamming from the other team, or even be aware of it if nobody says anything.
I did repeatedly kick one yesterday, followed by a 1 hour temp ban, goes by the name of idiot ultimate.

hmm Why not just use Linux? You can play your windows games (albeit slower) and find plenty of software to do all the tasks you do in Windows/OSX. Personally, I dual boot between Ubuntu (the most popular “flavor” of linux) and Windows. Linux has all the stability and sleekness of OSX and I use windows to play CS. Linux also is free. I would encourage anyone who is contemplating buying a desktop mac (I say a desktop because they are pretty much the same as a windows computer, where as mac laptops are far superior to windows laptops) to look into Ubuntu to start dabbling around with linux. Linux ftw. And windows games are only slowing if you use an emulator like Wine, and not a native installer like Crossover.
