So if I’m reading this correctly, Bush gets hated even though these same criteria apply and Obama gets a pass.

I did not say that Bush was the worst because of oil I believe it was New Rayz. I did however say that I think that it is extremely early to judge Obama on anything because it is only the first week. I liked Bush in the beginning and I grew to dislike him over his 2 terms but it took me a full year before I made a real decision.

My list is very close to this. The No Child Left Behind act is probably second or third for me.

Completely agree. I thought Reagan was a horrible president btw.
