I think it’s stupid that people think they can raise them like children.
She was grandfathered into the system. She got the Chimp when it was legal to take care of them and there was no real regulation. (14yrs ago is when she got him) The law states that you are now able to keep a chimp until 50lbs. But because she was grandfathered in there was no requirement in which she had to let the chimp go.
On a side note I think my dad met her and the chimp one time?!?!?!?

How would a server decide if you’re a regular? Base it off points. I am a horrible player, but playing enough i can rack up some points. If the server took the top 50 or 100, who are generally regulars and have the server’s best interests at heart and allowed only them to start a vote. Or the other way you could do it is anyone is able to start a vote, but those in the top 100 are not required to have the 75%, maybe closer to 50% if you’re in the top 100.
I don’t think this system will get used too much because of the near constant prescience of admins. But during those rare times there are none on and there is an issue, it would be nice to solve it.
Why don’t you do it on time played in server overall.

No with the invention of 007 N64 game being years ahead the makers went back in time to develop pong to set off this wave that way 007 could be invented even though it was already around…put that in your pipe and smoke it

Big time. Dumb asses that really have no idea about the game. One of my friends GF’s plays Halo with him and she’s not bad but she is horrible at *edited* talking and is generally dumb about the game.
Thats what I was asking basically… Here there is an office with 8-10 comps as i said before and they hold meetings in there… I didn’t know when I looked at you picture if those were other people’s comps or SAF bought. That’s why I asked.
I think so but people *edited* that the map sucks and its too long. I think by shortening it to 15min it will keep more people.
How does that work though? Do you have an office?
I am not trying to start *edited* I am just asking general questions cause *edited* at my school is so different I guess.

Do you have an actual club or is it just 1 meeting a month and a lan or 2 a semester?
so you just bring your desktops to a room and lock it up at night ? Our student center closes at midnight on weekdays and 1am on weekends so there would be no way to late night game. Is yours 24hrs?

The commands would only be available when admins aren’t on. If for whatever reason an admin is spamming or doing something that a normal player would be kicked for, PM me with the date and time and he’ll be dealt with.
As someone else said, there aren’t going to be enough mal-intentioned people on at one time to abuse that high a requirement.
The maniadmin system for this is set up so that you type votekick and a menu will appear. In that menu you select the player and a public announcement is made that you elected to votekick <badguy>, x number of people have elected to kick him and x number of votes are required to kick.
But what happens when there are 4 people on someone is clearly hacking and there is no admin and they can’t get a hold of one, cause that would mean only 75% could vote against him/her/bot and they would not get temp banned…
But I deff agree with votekick and votemute being 75%
